You're supposed to go with the facts. Occam's Razor sometimes is the best philosophy to follow. You're seriously telling us to NOT ASSUME anything, meanwhile you're doing THAT VERY THING to her! Do you genuinely not understand why this is so over the top ridiculous?

1) You're not supposed to ASSUME. You're supposed to take the supposed facts as they have been given. Let's see what has been offered. She has marks on her face, she has her testimonial of the incident. We have Dez Bryant NOT CLAIMING SELF DEFENSE.
2) You're telling ME not to assume anything. Meanwhile, you're assuming facts out of THIN AIR about her. Do you not see why that is so utterly asinine? I'm not being high and mighty, I'm being logical.

I guess they made that up? I would say that "MASSIVE bruises" and "missing hair" are pretty obvious signs of assault. So now I'm supposed to believe that (as you said, not me) Dez "assaulted" his mom and "commited battery" on her and "hit" her, but there was no sign of assault? I don't think that I'm the spin doctor here.

#1 When did Bryant have the chance to claim self defense? There hasn't been a trial yet. Was he supposed to hold a press conference before turning himself in?
#2 I literally am assuming nothing, all I did was give u a HYPOTHETICAL scenario where Dez was not responsible, which is obviously a possibly since his mother has been known to dabble in crack rocks. I didn't make that up, Dez Bryant's mom is on probation for crack sale/ use... Inarguable fact.
 
ALSO I love how you're making this claim that Dez just hauled off and socked his mom, even though the cops at the scene who actually SAW the woman with their own two eyes decided that wasn't the case... But you can make that determination from your computer desk. I love it.

Again, I'm not making up facts or assuming anything, nor am I playing judge and jury like you. I'm saying that neither of us know what happened and we may never, so relax. It's entirely POSSIBLE that she has marks on her face from a MUCH larger man attempting to fend off a charging crackhead.
 
sheesh again with this. The whole thing with Dez's mom was blown way out of proportion. The media gave Ireland **** for it, but I remember former league officials being asked about what Ireland said and they all said it was a tame question and par t of the interview process is grilling a kid to see how he reacts and if he hides anything.

As for Dez, been the question about him. Ultra talented but dumber than box of rocks.

You don't have to be on trial to make a statement to the police. You realize that, right? That's how Brandon Marshall was able to claim he slipped on a McDonald's bag when the police arrived. You, being the ever so comprehensive human that you are, are aware that the police went to his mother's house after being called, then went back two nights later, right? Oh, you aren't! You went by ROTOWORLD. a FANTASY FOOTBALL site.

According to the documents, cops returned to Angela's home 2 days later and she complained of pain in her wrists, hands and arms ... and said her chest was sore from Dez pushing her...

Bryant turned himself into police yesterday, and was booked for assault -- family violence, a Class A misdemeanor.

I'm through discussing this with someone who refuses to do any type of simple research and would rather sit there and make up fake hypothetical stories then tell ME that I'M making assumptions.

Oh and just so you're clear, when you turn yourself in, it's because you're a wanted person. And you're booked for a crime because you are under suspicion for that crime. In 24 hours he will face arraignment.

 
I thought it was a fair question for Ireland to ask considering his dad was a pimp and his mother spent 18 mths in jail for selling crack

Do you know what hypothetical means? I didn't suggest that Dez was or wasn't defending himself with certainty, I said it was a possibility, therefore I didn't make up anything. You aren't making any sense.
Bryant didn't make a statement to the cops OR it wasn't made public, yep he's guilty because of that.
I'm just glad that you know better that the cops at the scene who decided that there were no signs of assault. Thru further investigation, the authorities charged Dez with misdemeanors, not some horrible crime that you are already convinced he committed before even knowing what happened.
But again, just to clarify to the people on this board with any degree of comprehension skills : I am saying that I don't know what happened because I don't have the facts. YOU are saying that you DO know what happened, and he "hit" "assaulted" and "committed battery" against his mother even though you have nothing but conjecture support that claim. But I'm the one making up facts. Interesting.

Jesus Christ man, all of those articles that you posted contain conflicting reports. Did he slap her, hit her with a cap, hit her with a ball, or grab her wrists? Which one is it? I guess you assumed that he did it all since you act like you were there. What's funny is that in not a SINGLE ONE of these articles is there ANY suggestion of the "MASSIVE bruising" or "missing hair" that you asserted so clearly you are making **** up. But since Ms. Bryant is claiming that her chest is sore, that MUST mean she's telling the truth and Dez is a violent lunatic. People NEVER lie in cases like this.
You proved my point for me. He was charged with MISDEMEANOR domestic assault. If this world class athlete wanted to injure his cracked out mother he could have with ease and he'd get a lot more than a slap on the wrist type of charge. But still, I'd really love to see where you read about this "MASSIVE bruising".
 
Like I have said 100X on thos board Ireland have every right to ask the question he needs to ask to find out the character of the guys he is about to make multimillionaires
