Ignorance breeds hate and hate fosters resentment. Miami fans just think, listen first (not just hear) and than respond, that will be the beginning of us not having to argue about things like this.

OK, I've listened (read?) not just heard (understood?), and am now responding. Since we are so ignorant, why don't you set up a poll next week to see how many of us hate black people (give it a few days for the hate to breed.) Then, another week later, set up another poll asking how many of us resent black people (again, giving time to foster resentment). then we will see if we really need to be arguing about this. :shakeno:

That happened at a time when people still believed in God, and had faith in something greater than just themselves... If you don't believe in God, then skip over it, but leave it in out of respect for our forefathers beliefs if nothing else.

haha this group is a joke. As someone said earlier if a black person was given a job, and we didnt interview a white canidate no one would be talking about this. It's the year 2005 and all i hear are minorities saying we need to put racism behind us. The only one trying to base stuff on race are the minorities. All universities let minorities in before whites. The wendys in my town ONLY hires blacks, and the owner is black. Conscidence? I think not, but it's never in the news. I just want all these minority people to shut up and face the facts. The vast majority of the population is not racist, and the only reason racism is still an issue is because of the minorities.

True...That's actually where the term "redneck" came from. Rednecks were white people who worked in the fields alongside the other slaves. There necks would get red from the sun. On another note, it's funny that most people who consider themselves rednecks don't know what it means.

Although I agree that a lot of minorities keep the whole racial conversation on the table, a lot of white people are still very racist. It really depends on what part of the US you visit. Some are very very equal and on a level playing field, others its appalling to see how far behind the time some towns are.

Incidents and comments like this however do not help the minorities cause because it just puts a distaste in people's mouth's for organizations like the alliance.

The majority of the population I believe is not racist, but it still exists and will always exist. There are some black people that will always hate white people and vice versa and there is nothing we can do to change their views.

White people had to start doing the work (until we started getting the mexican's to do it) after the slaves were let go. Now they don't even want to work the fields, they want to have babies and get their check. At least give them the damned handicap sticker for their buicks, they at least deserve that much for all their hard work, jesus.

people believe in god now. It has nothing to do with the forefathers. They did not put it in the pledge of alligence. There were forefathers that did not believe in god.
