With Kay-Jays size and blocking ability, he may end up as the backup FB/H-back type player with Morris as the 3rd RB and FB backup...
 
Saban is making up for the lack of picks.There are still quality guys out there.

Which is more likely, Ronnie Brown getting injured and sitting out the year, or Ricky getting suspended for the year?(assuming he even comes back at all)

Brown has missed a total of 5 games due to injury...all strains, pulls, and contusions, no tears or breaks.

Ricky has been in the substance abuse program virtually since he entered the league and will sit the first 4 games of this season if he returns. He keeps getting caught and he keeps on smoking.


If the question were : Would I rather have Ricky with all his baggage or Ronnie Brown, the answer is without a question Brown. If its a choice between Ricky and Kay Jay Harris, the choice is a little more difficult, but based on which RB is more likely to even be able to set foot on the field, I would have to go with Harris.

uhhh,yea. he shouldve been drafted..also, i cant believe Fason last til the 4th..
 
i like the addition of Kay Jay Harris......but what do we do with RWilliams, Gordon, Minor, Moa, Martin, Forsey, King? Do we cut them all and save money??

I would keep Morris becuase he's a FB and RB. Martin actually is a good blocker, so id keep him. Id get rid of everyone else, or at least try to make some trades for picks next year or cut them and get money. I watched Kay Jay Harris at WVU, he is awesome. But Chris Perry of Michigan was also awesome, and never played this year.
 
since im from West Virginia i love this signing...he can play the role of moe williams did with Linehan with the vikes..

I went to WVU and watched KJ in a few games last year. I'll say that I think 40 times are way overrated, BUT the kid did look a little slow. I think he'll be a better FB in the pros. His style isn't to outrun you - it's to run right over you. I remember the Miami game where he made a helluva TD run -- I think he carried a few defenders on that one.. If he makes our roster, I think it will be to get the 3rd and 1s - maybe a goalline back if Ronnie Brown struggles with that (which I don't think he will).
 
IF hes a goal line specialist, paid at the rookie minimuim. Yeah, he'ld be worth it.
