Wow, I didn't read the whole thread but, I went all the way to page 11 and saw that this wasn't settled yet...and I feel like I have a point to make, sorry if it has been brought up already.....
When I read the title of the article...I thought to myself, OF COURSE a deal stands in the way of getting Ronnie into camp. That's what stands in the way of every rookie getting into camp! What exactly is earth shattering about that?
He's going to want a lot of money?? HELLO....he's the number two draft pick....what do you expect?
Think about the production we got out of Ricky while he was here. We have every reason to believe that Ronnie will match that production, so would you be opposed to paying a player like Ricky number two money??
This is ridiculous. He's the number two pick in the draft, he's a potential franchise RB, who will touch the ball more than any other player on the team that's not called QB. Where is the confusion about what he should be paid?
