Everyone is treating Saban like some kind of god. He hasn't proved anything in the pros, so far i love the moves he made, dont get me wrong, but until i get all over his *** i want to see what he can do first. Also i don't like two days for the media, one day for the fans? Thats bull-****. I could understand if he doesn't want the media annonying the club, but whats so bad about the fans and the media both being there. :confused:

*edit* It seems like too many people know about this parking gurage thing. I'm sure security personnel will do something about that too :shakeno:

As a matter of fact, I AM a season ticket holder as well as having been a fan for 30+ years. Now, guess what....Saban has NOTHING to prove to you or me. The only person that he really has to prove something to is the guy that writes his checks and the players that he coaches. Having said that, there is NOTHING that Saban has done so far that warrents the blasting that he is getting from whiney little fans. Therefore, there is no FAULT for you to find....only a coach doing his job the way HE wants to and NOT the way YOU want him to do it. Get over it and get over yourself.

Damn, that's ****ed up..You know how many years I'ved followed every Mini-Camp and Training camps..To take that away from me is like ripping my heart apart..Oh Well, I guess it's all for the best..But damn, just damn..

I have plenty of hobbies and I devote much of my time to persuing those things that I enjoy. Mini-camp reports do not take the place of those things in my life, they add to the things that I enjoy.

Thanks for the advice, and by all means if you feel the need to slow down on the whole MB pace that you're keeping, then do so.

I think its' great. I'm tired of all the god-damn drama that circles this team. I'm glad we have a coach willing to stick it to the media for a change instead of trying to be nice so they might report "more fairly". Screw that!

As far as the 2,000 or so fans they actually go out and watch the pratices, I feel bad for them. But I think, suppressing this media, is the best thing for the team and saban should care what they think anyway...

Get over myself? You are going to have to explain yourself. I can critisize anything I want. Because I am in the minority and dont worshipt the guy does not make me less informed or less knowledgable. Saban has done nothing besides bring ina few scrubs at 1 year contracts, and because Saban brought them in they are all going to be pro bowlers. Saban has ALOT to prove this year. He does owe the fans, it is foolish to think otherwise.

nothing used to frost me more than listening to these guys after a loss...maybe not hearing them make a bunch of excuses will actually be a good thing

First, I've been reading these boards for years just never seemed to need to post a reply because my thoughts were usually covered.
Second, I was making a joke and now I see your sense of humor is, well lost

Fourth,Well informed. Yes more than you probably know.
Last point... All I care about is Miami winning. Period. I don't give one **** about mini-camps. I made my comment simply because the reactions that were here, seemed to imply that due to the fact fans and media would not be allowed in, we would not have some great information and our time would now be left wondering what was going on. Mami has now missed the playoffs 3 straight years. We have had nothing to talk about but free agency and the draft for 4 months. I haven't seen a lack of topics, posts and information during that period. Nick Saban was hired to turn the team around and win games.. So I am to give him some leeway and allow him to do what he thinks he has to do. Now if he doesn't win in a couple years or if I/we don't see a change in the way this team plays..then by all means rip him on anything you or I wish.
