I know its difficult but you are saying that through all the mini-camps and preseason games Feeley still doesn't have it down??? Isn't that a sign right there he shouldn't be our starter?


I don't think Frerotte is any good either but the excuses for Feeley are amazing.

The point is Frerotte looks worse tha Feeley in preseason games. Maybe Gus is the real deal in training camp. Being that I havent seen one I cant tell but what i can tell is that the bar is the level that AJ was playing at at the end of last year and neither Gus or AJ has achieved that level yet but since at least i know AJ is capable of that level of play you have to give him the starting job.

You are beating a dead horse and your one of these guys who just can't resist bringing Jay Fiedler back into the fold.
That certainly does make you look like a "Fiedler Hugger" (The term you so readily threw out there for yourself)

The fact is we do have QB problems, that is VERY obvious.
We had QB problems with Jay as well whether you want to admit it or not. It's a big hole that Wanny left us and no way do we dig out of it in one offseason.

I still don't see what Feeley has done in preseason to make him look good? His completion % doesn't mean jack if you don't mean the ball.

I could throw the ball to Minor out of the backfield every down but it won't put points the board.

Don't scew the stats - neither QB has looked great but Feeley has definalely looked worse.

You should run for office the way you are avoiding making any real point.

Its not about Fielder...its about the fact that Feeley isn't doing anything that hasn't been done before yet getting praised for it.

Fiedler sucks - he is a career backup that had no business starting for more than a year and I am glad he is gone...

uh oh...now what can you post next???

Why don't you explain why is amazing when Feeley beats the Pats but not when it was done before. He gets praised for nothing and there are never enough excuses.

All I am saying is Gus has outplayed AJ this preseason and completion % doesn't mean jack if you aren't moving the ball.

Gus hasnt outplayed 4th string QBs this preseason let alone AJ. Gus sucks! Doesnt mean AJ is good. It just means AJ doesnt suck as bad as Gus
 
Where do you see AJ outplaying Gus? The points AJ keeps putting on the board? Or how he hasn't thrown a pick? Or his YPA - damn none of those apply.

AJ hasn't moved the ball as a starter - he doesn't put points on the board.

Wins are still most important in my book - and AJ isn't going to win us anything putting up goose eggs.

Its funny how 3/4 of the board has been calling for Sage to go ahead of Feeley yet you are claiming AJ has played so much better than Gus - everyone else sees that AJ hasn't played well - Mrs Feeley - give it up.

Have you finished giving Gus his Dirty Sanchez? He has sucked twice against 1st string defenses. Aj at least has had the decency to be good against one first string defense. He doesnt need to admit that his only td throw was a mistake. Gus is a bust who in 3 games still cant find any accuracy. Cut him now. Choose any of the other 3 QBs but dont waste this season on a 34 year old QB
 
This is just insane.

Your argument is that Gus shouldn't start because he didnt put points up against starters and AJ SHOULD start because he has put up worse stats against 2nd stringers.

I have better things to do...bedtime...
 
Well i think Feely is not better then gus .. Feely got to play against backup's w. a 1st string reciever obviuosly giving him an unfair advantage i think Ferrotte still has better skill then he does

Yeah AJ should show him that accuracy he showed last year

He was hitting anything but aqua right between the numbers...
