Noodle Arm said:You're talking about last seasons MC's right? If so then he answer is no...Smith was beaten badly and often by Taylor during pajama camp. The only thing Smith did correctly last offseason was gain some weight...I remember some people being excited about that.
DolphinDevil28 said:No. I very much so remember reports at this time last year that Smith was getting "manhandled" even in mini-camp.
Words like: "manhandled," "b!tch slapped," "tossed around," etc...were used verbatim to describe how JT handled Wade Smith last year in mini- camp.
I'm with you, these reports mean nothing, but Carey is definitely doing better than what Wade Smith did last year.

Observers say it’s obvious that O-line coach Hudson Houck is pressing the buttons with Carey that Tony Wise didn’t in 2004. We hear Carey is in better shape and more confident and held his own vs. Pro Bowl DE Jason Taylor during spring practice.
This is nice to hear. Damn I hope Carey plays out well and ends up shocking us a bit with is immense talent. Also..................
The Dolphins and new general manager Randy Mueller are very high on Wright, though the call is Nick Saban’s to make. Wright, a 6-4, 300-pounder, would fill a major need up front for Miami.
They also talk about how Patriots safety R. Harrison is miffed about not receiving a pay increase because of his good play. Nice to see the ivory tower of Rome starting to crack. Our opportunities are opening up for the next couple years.
