A good owner can help, by making sure everything else works smoothly. That's an attraction to a top coach. You know going that if you go to work for the Mara's or the Rooney's or Bob Kraft that you're going to work for a top organization that's going to help you be at your best... which will help you keep your job.

Ross spends big but he's like a half bright child and the organization is a mess.

Let us hope now that the group of consultants Ross brought in will help him make a sound decision to hire a prominent GM. Hopefully that GM will then get rid of Joe Failbin.

Six years. And Ross still wouldn't fire him outright.

Where else do you get that kind of job security? Guys are going to be tripping over themselves for this job.
