I seriously don't think people realize the type of prospect Luck is. This isnt Bradford, stafford or even cam newton. Heck, aikman Palmer and yes Peyton manning didn't have the same grade this guy does. This guy is a once in a generation prospect at any position. As draft potential goes, this guy is up there with Orlando pace, Bo Jackson, Deion sanders and John Elway. Suh who everyon thought would dominate from the get go wasn't as highly thought of as luck.

How anyone would rather have one or two meaningless wins instead of the chance of getting this guy boggles the mind. Names like couch, bush, Carr arent in the same universe as this guy as a prospect

This guy changes franchises.

Dolphins have never lost to the Jets in the Meadowlands under Sparano. Last loss, 2007 during the 1-15 campaign.

You also asked if anyone rememebers the 07 season, with the way it's talked about around here, I would have to say, a very big YES, and trust me when I tell you the rival fans, rememeber it even better. I also remember how it felt in that week to week losing spree we had until we reached the draft, and I don't want to speak for anyone else, but it was pretty brutal.

Yeah. Sucks that we lost those two games to the jets. If we would of won them they might of been in position to draft a real qb like matt Ryan instead of gholsten. I'm more than happy to of lost those two meaningless games to them back than if it means they don't have Ryan and instead are stuck with crappy Sanchez.

If I had to put a number on it I would say we are competing with 2 teams for the top pick. So let's say that gives us a 33% chance. I'll take those odds in getting luck if it means sacrificing a game to the jets

Who said anything about losing on purpose. We just hope they lose. Noone actually believes they are going to delibritely lose a game let alone start losing on purpose based on fan rhetoric. Again, we are rooting for loses.
