Merged:Phins need these kids.

I really like what he brings to the table he's not going to be able to carry the ball 25-30 times a game, but he is a great change of pace back and in Linehans system he uses many backs. Worse case scenario with Sproles is u get the next Dante Hall as a return specialist... and ill take that!
 
I wouldnt say all the teams on that video were bad defenses. Oregon has a pretty damn good defensive line with Hagioti (sp?) at DT. And USM didnt have that bad of a defense either.

I was a huge fan of Russell's last preseason, but in reality I don't think either one of them is anything more than a change of pace/3rd down back. He would complement Ricky well.
 
i know hes fast, but he doesn't seem to hit holes quick, like it takes him a good 10 yards to hit full speed or something... but good video, hes a small compact powerful back, if we pass on the big 3 i wouldn't mind taking him
 
Is that pic of Losman from the one snap he took this year? You know the one where there was no Bill player in sight and he just kind of floated one to the Pats LB?
 
Actually he took fifteen snaps last season. If your going to talk **** at least get your facts strait, and no it was actually him warming up before the game.

Nothing wrong with Benson, but Ronnie Brown is the man we want if we stick with our #2 pick and don't trade down. He is much faster than Benson and you don't have to worry about any baggage.
 
We dont need him, we already have Fletcher and Spikes, would rather have either of them than an unproven rookie.
