Please God no permanent dome!!!!!!!!!! I think I can tolerate the retractable roof concept.

But I think a lot of people are missing the point here. The main reason Wayne wants a dome is for the other 7 months out of the year (I'm hoping the Phins play a lot of January ball). He wants the ability to hold big concerts and events and be able to guarantee that the weather won't be a problem.
