We should get two for interviewing two minorities, only to be offset by the loss of a 3rd rounder for firing a minority. Since our GM is a minority, that protects us from any NFL discipline regarding future accusations from a minority. Finally, if our kicker or punter is of African or Latino descent (and/or a female), we should get extra points automatically - no kick required. Seems fair.

I’ve jokingly ragged on his appareance during the search, but in todays NFL the most successful new hires seem to be the young offensive innovator archetype. Hopefully we found our Sean McVay or 2006 Sean Payton. Hope he’s a good leader.

What regularly jumps out to me when listening to McDaniel speak is how much he goes on about putting your players in a position to do what they do well. It might seem like a small thing, but it's vital. And a breath of fresh air after the last couple of coaches we've had.
