Miami Dolphins will take note if QB Jaxson Dart's stock rises at Senior Bowl

That what I want to happen. That why I want Dart.
Tua needs a fire lit under his ass. We missed the playoffs because HE MISSED 6 GAMES. PERIOD. that's why Grier and McD still have their jobs. Because they said "if Tua doesnt HURT HIMSELF AND PROTEVT HIMSELF, we are playing a wildcard game at minimum next weekend Stephen"

Well it's true. If he was healthy we would have made it.

Love the passion ... but I can't get on board with the bolded statement.

Given the Dolphins' record in the last 20 years in games under 50 degrees
and the team record when playing under the bright lights or in "must-win" situations ...

This team isn't built well enough to win unless conditions lean in its favor IMO.

Tua's absence affected the overall record, to be sure ... but even with him, the team isn't ready.

I agree, I believe the OL and DL will carry the team when the weather drops. I think one has to be addressed in FA and the other in the draft or 50/50.

Tom Brady was picked in the 6th round.......Kurt Warner wasn't picked at all in the draft and won a Superbowl......Tony Romo wasn't drafted at all and signed as an undrafted free agent

Not that it is common, but it does happen........
kirk cousins and dak in 4th rd. Russel Wilson 3rd rd, Montana 3rd round

The problem with dart is it sounds like he is slow with reads and processing, so not a qb who even develops that can step in for Tua and that offense. And he's a see it qb instead of anticipate passer. That could be an issue as an nfl qb

But McD is a great OC and ge did do wonders with Tua, Purdy, and Jimmy G.

Its fun to point out the names of guys that have been taken in the later rounds and yes its true, "you never know," but the guys being listed, go do some research about what people were saying about them pre-draft and what they looked like at the Senior Bowl along with the overall talent in the draft class. Not every draft class or Draft is created equal. A couple google searches will show you just how different Dak, Russ, etc are compared to what the vibes and opinions of the guys we're discussing in this draft.

Tua’s anticipation and ball placement were always top notch. Plus, he was sneaky good athletically. I don't know how much the hip injury took away, but that was a serious red flag.

Watching collegiate Tua, he was athletic enough.

I always thought Tua had that it factor as well. Although, we haven't seen enough of that. Maybe that was partly the talent at Alabama. But Tua did outperform Hurts.
I think the lack of speed Tua now has is a severe detriment, reality is he was so much slimmer in college, not so much anymore and that only magnifies the issus, he has better chances of gaining some yards or escaping college kids who mostly are not playing at this level

To be honest, you won't find an NFL fan site better than FH.

You should pm @Henrik and see if he will let you franchise BucHeaven site.
Live and let live

Rico has been right and is a pissed off fan..

He deserves a place to call home and I for one don’t need him to sugarcoat his what have become his correct, opinions.

Being upset is understandable. Quitting on the team and posting a thesis on his change of allegiance is something different.

He has a new team, that's great. But don't come back acting like he's one of us.

I've been saying this **** for years, you don't see me quitting and bragging about my new team on here.

We need 3 QB's.

A starter, a capable vet and a development QB.

THIS! Considering our current QB situation, Miami needs to come outta this draft with a potential long term place taker for Tua.

Oddly enough, this might be a great draft to try and pull that off. It’s an awful QB draft, but I see little to no difference between guys like Dart and Milroe when compared to the QB’s earmarked for top 5 selections. Miami could possibly grab Dart in the 2nd/3rd with a real chance of him being the best QB in the draft.
