it said he can be a great safety also but that all depends on who he is playing for. if Saban drafts him believe me he will be playing corner esp with that Size

alexander gets his big deal from them this year. he is having one hell of year. over 1100 yards and 17 tds after only 9 games.17 tds is a career high for a season btw.

The secondary has good depth and we can better cause of the players we sought In FA and draft

that is my list and there is no exaggeration we are going to be 30 mill under and we cut players and players will take pay cut soo i see this nice team coming along well

Archuleta is good at missing tackles and lacks speed.

Reggie Whayne is a free agent? WHOO. He's definately a better alternative than trading Chambers and a very high draft pick for TO, which I've heard rumors on ESPN about. Moving onto our Defensive/Offensive Lines. I truly do love the depth we have at our Defensive Line, but our Offensive Line would stay the same as the past two years. Moving onto the Linebackers and Secondary. Firstly, you must be out of your mind if Julian Peterson is to leave San Francisco. My brother is a 49ers fan (I also have brothers devoted to the Jaguars and Broncos) and I keep track of their team. You have a new head coach in Mike Nolan who is installing the 3-4 Defense into a miserable team. The 3-4 is centered around your linebackers. Why would he let go his best, and I'd say one of the top 5 in the NFL, linbackers. He woiuld never let that happen so I could not imagine him on this team during my lifetime. He's a 49er for life.

Adam Archuleta. Remember, he's like 80 years old.

i hope kitna isnt here. hes two days away from being gus ferotte.

no harrington either. he just plain is terrible.

im throwing it out there, Brett Farve.

he can do it, if he puts his but into it.

plus why notT? gb cant use him anymore. might as well, cut ties while he has 3rd round pick value.

i take farve in a sec. even if it is a one year rental.

Because this is not MADDEN!!! 5 big name free agents and a couple of small names????? Come on! Even if we are 30 mil under the cap, we might not be next year! You are willing to mortgage the teams future for 1 Jon Kitna lead SB run??

The reality is this: we are not the only team under the cap. Other teams can bid for these players too and not everyone is going to take a smaller salary just to return to So. Fla.
