**** Michigan Football ****

There is another youngster from Flanagan HS that is a 2017 CB (cant think of his name) that is an elite prospect that many consider a lock for FSU. Today he commented that he would love to play with his 3 peers heading to Ann Arbor and Michigan is very much interested. Harbaugh has a year to flip him.

Certainly Jimmy is not very popular in Tallahassee tonight
If he keeps this **** up, I'll have to take him out. Makes me hate Ross even more for sending him there rather than hiring him to coach the Dolphins.

Looks like Dylan Crawford is back in the picture and that won't affect Pie Young.

Steve Lorenz is saying Michigan can take 28, but will probably end up with 27 (probably taking a Grad transfer from Texas). Currently at 23. Right now this is the class is...

1.Brandon Peters (EE)
2.Kareem Walker (EE)
3.Ahmir Mitchell (EE)
4.Kingston Davis (EE)
5.Sean McKeon (EE?)
6.Ben Bredeson
7.Jordan Elliott
8.Michael Onwenu
9.Devery Hamilton
10.Devin Bush Jr
11.Brad Hawkins
12.Ron Johnson
13.Carlo Kemp
14.Erik Swenson
15.Chris Evans
16.Kiante Ennis
17.Nate Johnson
18.Sir Patrick Scott
19.Devin Gil
20.Antwaine Richardson
21.Josh Mettelus
22.Dytarious Johnson
23.Rashad Weaver

There is a chance Weaver and Richardson could be gone (Weaver not feeling love, Richardson starting to get attention from southern schools) but let's say they'll stay in the class. So I'm gonna take a guess and say the following will be in the class

1.Rashaun Gary
2.Jean DeLance
3.Pie Young

I think Pie wants to commit but if he takes too long (unless we're saying no) he'll lose a spot. Dylan Crawford is reportedly being told no by Oregon so I think if he wants a spot he'll take it. Also think gotta watch for Connor Murphy to commit if a spot is open. I think Terrence Davis took too long, and if DeLance chooses Michigan Davis will not be part of the class.

And yeah the 2017 kid is Stanford Samuels. Another FSU Legacy. Funny enough rumors are Bush SR just prefers Michigan's staff to his alma mater (doesn't hurt he may be getting hired by Michigan soon) but he just likes the coaches more.

Weaver, Harding, Enis, Scott and Johnson's final status is uncertain due to academics/greyshirts. Word out of AA is there is room for both Young and Crawford. Young will be a signing day announcement. Also there is a silent commit amongst Young, Hill, Nordin, Jones and Gary.

David Long just decomitted from Stanford and names Michigan and Washington as the favorites.

Rave reviews from those that know. Bit of an unknown but he was very successful as a HC in D 1-AA. He loves to blitz and BC blitzed something like 88% of the time. A lot of recruits (including uncommitted Lavert Hill) seem to love hire. And sounds like he fits Harbaugh in 1)He's a nut that is overly enthusiastic and is a stickler for details and 2)He plays straight up man press.

Also per a recruit's dad who has talked to the staff about replacements, guys like Pruitt and Anderson were never options. Dava Aranda from Wisconsin was though.

AA now confirming it but not known when it will be officially announced, Not sure what to think about this guy. Statistically looks good but why has he never been at a major program? Many positive reviews and some deep disappointment from BC which is good. Honestly, was a little disappointed at the scheme Durkin employed against the Buckeyes. I'm reading Brown is very good defending multiple schemes to include the spread and his defenses are very strong in executing assignments.

he was never employed by a bigger school because he was a head coach in 1-AA and a very good one. He didn't make the jump until 2009

So when an assistant leaves, Harbaugh is going to promote Partridge. Harbaugh says he'll do whatever he can to keep him

Being from Michigan I have to root for the Spartans to beat the evil Saban led Tide. Wouldn't mind having Cook on the Dolphins roster.

He throws nice interceptions in the red zone... thx conner..roll tide

That didn't go well for the Spartans. Maybe the Wolves can redeem the state of Michigan today.

Though it is widely believed that Nauta is a slam dunk to Georgia he says he has it down to 2 and will make a decision this week. The staff seems to think they have a punchers chance.

Several other announcements coming at the Army Game this weekend. Could be a big weekend for Michigan.

Watched an interview with Nauta. He said his decision was based on where he feels comfortable. Of the 3 teams he only used "comfortable" with Georgia. No surprise.

Rumor has Jeff Long as the leader in the clubhouse for AD.
