More reasons why I honestly don't uderstand the "experts"

Jerry Porter is good but not that good. I guess, I'll put it this way, if Boston comes back partly to his old form, then Miami would have a better receiver corps, because we've seen what Boston can do when he's healthy, Booker is pretty good receiver also, i think he would be a great no.3, and Chambers is playmaker, he just wasn't really getting the ball thrown his way hardly, he should breakout this season, as long as Frerotte is throwing to him.

the "experts" say the raiders are better than miami for a few reasons:

QB,
RB (even if hes so overrated its not even funny)
RANDY MOSS

basicaly they have a good QB and a DOMINANT WR to throw to. your starting a rookie RB, so not everyone thinks hes gunna have a 1800 yard season.

i thaught the raiders would have a decent defense, but i guess i was wrong. but then again the Pats make EVERYONE's defense look bad. :shakeno:

the fact that you picked miamis WRs over oaklands shows you this is not a non-homer prospective.
The fact you provide absolutely no basis for your smart mouth opinion shows that you are one to be ignored here.

And no, Collins has not started everywhere. Collins has ONLY started on teams that had NO quarterback. Panthers had no one because Beuerlein was retiring, so they drafted him and threw him in. He then went to NO and rode the bench, then was released. He was signed by NY when they had no one and was given the job. They realized they wanted a real franchise QB and took Manning, so they dumped him. he then went to Oakland where Gannon was still in at the time. Gannon got injured and retired, so Collins got the job.

P.S. Pats never make our defense look bad :D Brady hates playing us.

Thier Running game is going to be good this year just because of Norv. All of these backs had thier best years under Norv: Emmit Smith, Stephen Davis, Ricky Williams, and Terry Allen. Norv knows how to run the ball in the NFL. I'm not saying that Lamar Gordon is going to rush for 1800 yards but I wouldn't be suprised if he ended up over 1400.

He was the first draft choice of the Panthers, Buerlein was not in car until the late 90s when Kerry was gone. he had some alcohol problems which led to problems on the field and his relase from Car & No but he earned the job in NY and he has led 2 teams to Conf Title games and 1 to the SB(although in a watered down NFC) while Gus doesn't have a playoff win under his belt and his teams were blown out in his 2 starts.

I think (hope) you meant Lamont Jordan but we get the point you were making anyway.

It's lamar JORDAN, Wannstedt

Anyway, Jordan looked good, but IMO I think he could lose a couple pounds to increase his speed a bit more. Also, he showed a bit of hesitation on short yardage runs, but did good on 1st downs.

Experts = Crap. They have Oakland winning SB this year! And once again have San Diego at the bottom of the West! Just the way I like it till we prove them wrong!

Collins is better than Frerootte and it's not close, RBs are a slight edge Miami, WRs are clearly in oak's favor as their #2 is better than your #1, Ols are even, TE is Miami, defensively neither team is good but Miami is better. STs are even so Oak has a dynamic O vs. Miami's subpar O and Miami has an average D compared to Oak's subpar D so the advantage definitely goes to Oak overall. They'll win around 7 and you will win around 6.

 Now that is a ridiculous comment from a rival fan that holds little to no truth. :shakeno:

In the last two years, Chambers has had 133 reception, for 1800+ yards, with 18 tds.

Porter has had 92 receptions, for 1200+ yards, and 10 tds. So no, their #2 is not better then our #1.

There is one question though, how must you feel knowing that our #3 receiver is better then your teams #1. I guess that is why you wrote such a false comment like that, you are a bit upset at your teams situation....sorry, by writing something like that, it still does not make it any better.

Porter was hurt 2 years ago and last year was his first chance to start a full year and he put up better #s than Chambers.

Your #3 better than our #1? How is that possible when our #1 is much better than your #1?

Until the Phins play a real game it's impossible to make an accurate accessment.

ALthough on paper,
Collins is way better then Gus
Ricky-n-Ronnie are way better then Lamont Jordon.

PS; I'ld take Moss over any WR in the NFL.

That's a fair statement, however, Boller has a nondescript preseason and its written off as irrelevant.
I've heard pundits on radio and TV call our defense questionable, even though they have looked pretty good so far in preseason (except for the Atlanta game when they were very vanilla).
Some have the Jaguars competing for a playoff spot even though Leftwich has shown nothing. Miami completely shut them down when the starters were playing, yet our team gets no credit.

Yeah I'm crazy, how could I doubt a 4-12 team w/ Gus Frerrotte as your starting QB
