The stupid thing atter what is there should be no question of context because these are things that should truly never be said but oh well there is a subculture that thinks this is acceptable

This team is united and have circled the wagons. Whatever the rat wuss's camp pops up with, will be pushed back going forward. Just as that POS may be holding back, consider that this team is probably equally holding back.

Anyone who understands EEOC guidelines, understands that in filing a false claim, an individual opens themselves up to a counter action. There is no protection from this.

His lawyer mommy and daddy would be wise to take this into consideration.

Sir, I never DID say that it mattered how I felt. All I'm trying to do is interject a small bit of perspective into the discussion as to how I would feel in the situation, given that I'm a minority and many other members of this board are not.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that the point of a message board?

Me personally, I'm not so stuck on myself that I can't take a joke or a bit of ribbing. As far as your last comment, you sir are spot on and I'm beginning to see that more and more

its not right BUT if both parties are ok with the language they use between each other. who are we to look at their conversation and say it was racist? Pouncy and Incognito were ok with the N word. who am I to say you cant call him that? yes its immature but your not the party involved

i'm not stating an opinion as much as i'm saying this is the way a court will look at this. MY opnion is that martin should have layed a beating on incognito

Well the question is was Martin and even if he was ok at one point he can decide at another point he is not ok. Pouncey does not decide this for anyone but him

I think he was ok at some point and then began to get bothered over time. and from what I have heard about him not speaking up, he never told Incognito. I'm sorry but thats on him IF I am right about that part. you can't be ok and then all of the sudden not be ok unless you speak up about it

incognito left voicemails calling the guy a half ****** piece of ****, said h'd slap his real mother and **** in his moth and told him he'd kill him. i don't think any lawyer who has a heartbeat will too hard a time showing this as harassment, especially since the harassment was still going on up until martin left.
 
Based on all the player comments it looks more like Martin is bi-polar. I mean he checked himself into a hospital because his buddies pulled a prank on him? He's definitely touched
 
The players made a decision to try this in the press, bad strategy, Now Martins team comes out and contradicts some of what the players said....back and forth with the accusations no one wins, its best to keep your mouth shut, if you say anything make sure its positive short and change the subject....we could learn a few things on how Belicheat runs things in Boston.....not one active player said anything of value in the Hernandez case and Belicheat had one press conference on it and then they shut it down....end of story, end of distraction....

Play football guys, let this thing work its way to its conclusion.....only thing you can do is win football games, if you lose it becomes bigger.....
