My First Red Flag On Dennis Hickey...Oh Boy.

Do you guys remember what happened with Josh Freeman last season? Someone leaked confidential information about Freeman voluntarily entering Drug Treatment which was supposed to remain confidential. Which was a clear violation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Now, I am VERY SURE that leak came from either Schiano, Hickey or Dominik. I hope someone brings it up at the Press Conference today so we can all see his reaction. If the leak came from him, then he is a pitiful human being who will never have my support.
 
So its a red flag on Hickey....but you aren't sure it was him. :m359:
 
I love a good conspiracy theory. I always wondered if it was Josh Freeman's side to make the Bucs look bad. Happens all the time in court proceedings in which the defense coughs up info against there side in order to make the prosecution look bad...or vice versa.

Some people want to dwell on the negative and I did here on the board for about a day or two.

**** that, that isn't me!!!!!!!!!!! I'm on to looking for the positives in this marriage of Phibin and Hickey. I'd rather find some hope than hangout and wait to die.
 
Lol. why try to dig up dirt to throw at the man? surely, if he is as bad as some of us think he'll be, then we won't have to dig up anything, he'll be covered in it soon enough.

I hope not. But to your first point. Why would Freeman's people leak that type of info out here knowing it would make Freeman radio active with most NFL Clubs?
 
I didn't and still don't know much about Hickey but I watched an old interview with him on the Bucs website yesterday and came away thinking he sounds like an intelligent football guy. None of that matters if he can't deliver but I do suspect some people will feel a little better about him after the press conference. We'll see...

That's the way it should be. I was just concerned that if it was Hickey, free agents would avoid Miami like a plague.
 
I'm pretty sure it was Greg Schiano.

My reasoning:

1. Hickey was one of the guys who drafted Freeman. Schiano had no part in that.

2. Schiano threw Mark Dominik under the bus during the season. Things were contentious between coaching and personnel in Tampa.

3. Greg Schiano is a whacked out scumbag.
