NFL Live panel rips Philbin

Hayden, You can say that again Dude! You don't fire the GM, the OC, the OLine Coach, and keep the Head Coach who was "unaware" of the Scandal. Ross is bad too. Obviously and Owner with any sack would have kicked this average coach to the curb.

It all starts at the top. Ross is a ****ing clown bro. The day he sells the team will be one of the greatest days in franchise history.

Maybe Lazor will rectify that situation.

Why would you put a young possible franchise QB in the hands of an inexperience , learning on the job QB coach ?
Doesn't make sense to me. Never did.

This organization rarely does things that make any sense whatsoever.

Even more reason to take the "Critics" from BSPN with a grain of salt. Beyond all the hypocritical team cancers, criminal law-breakers, drug abusers and faux story "reporters" coupled with the climate of on air "talent" using their positions to sexual harasss and exploit young female staffers and the several cases of "talent" dismissively and disdainfully calling out fellow black men for being "Uncle Toms" or "Cornball Brothers,** " if they're willing to stand in judgment of sports, should they really be suspending commentators who are critical of their shows? If they can't stand the heat in their own kitchen they should stay the **** out of everyone else's!
**from my more detailed related post #18 in this thread

Nobody within ESPN can criticize ESPN. Nobody. That includes their golden boy Bill Simmons. Make no mistake, Simmons has a ton of creative freedom at ESPN, and gets to use their platform to build his brand. His website, Grantland, is a part of the ESPN family, and it is probably some of the more enjoyable reads on the internet. But while Simmons can talk about the Boston Celtics during every single NBA pregame that doesn’t involve them, he cannot be critical of the ESPN brand. Late last week, he took a shot at ESPN’s talking heads show First Take following the unfortunate dustup between the Seattle Seahawks Richard Sherman and regular show commentator Skip Bayless. Simmons has since reportedly been suspended from using Twitter because of comments he made that were critical of the segment.

If you remember, Sherman eviscerated Bayless during the show last Thursday

While we all nod in agreement with Simmons, the suits at ESPN were none too pleased with his opinion. It’s all fine and dandy to be critical of everyone else, but making any kind of critical remark about ESPN programming or anything involving them is a big no-no, especially on social media.

Simmons hasn’t tweeted since Tuesday, and has been suspended from using the social platform, and that suspension will be lifted as of tomorrow.

As Deadspin points out, this is the second time Simmons has been suspended from using Twitter. Back in 2009, he called an ESPN affiliate “deceitful scumbags” on Twitter. Important to note that Simmons did not appear on NBA Countdown this week, either..

It is gratifying to see the rest of the world is finally seeing through this guy. I knew this day would come. Ross tried to hide him from the national media and avoid answering questions by running Dennis Hickey out here to take the hit. But the media led By Armando Salguero was having none of it. So he was forced to defend himself. And predictably he couldn't. He comes of as incompetent (something I already knew), somewhat dishonest (Something I Already knew) and still doesn't appear to have an answer on what to do going forward. How many of you expect the Dolphins to win 9 or 10 wins next season? Not many, I'm sure. So the question remains. Why is he still here?

Why is he still here? Stephen Ross.

Any other owner in the League would have kicked him to the curb, if even hired him in the first place. Joe is a blundering mess of a Head Coach, incompetent is a understatement.
Can you imagine he was unaware of Bullygate, missed the playoffs, OC and GM canned, yet Joe is still here for what reason? Ross
