Lynn? not sure how i feel about it
Mike Mcdaniel from sanfran would be a home run imo.
I think flo stays in house though.

Keep and eye on Joe Lombardi as well. He's been Brees's QB coach for a while (who Tua most resembles in the NFL), and was the OC under Caldwell in Detroit.

I really like Mike McDaniel but i dont think there is anyway in hell shannahan lets him go. Hell Kittle says he wants Mike being on staff as apart of his next contract lol

I would say definitely at least interview 3-5 outside candidates. You interview and get intel from them on our Offense, Tua, etc. What they would have done even in specific situations. We can "learn" a lot from the interview process.
