The Oakland Raiders select OT Robert Gallery.

I think it's a great pick. Gallery is going to be an awesome NFL player.
 
Ya.. but this was never supposed to go public anyway.. And Eli pretty much sat back while this thing blew out of proportion..

The Chargers are a mess right now, and honestly, I think they chose him just to spite him. They would have been much better served to trade the pick to the giants for what they were offering, pick up rivers and hilliard.. Would have been better than creating this mess.
 
Gallery looks perfect for the Raiders.. although he seems like a nice guy.. :tongue:
 
Hey if I was the 1st over all pick and the Jets would have picked me I wouldn't play for them.....unless I played just to make sure they lost

They're speculating that NY will pick Rivers and then work a trade to SD.
 
Manning for Rivers???

Sounds to me like SD is going to get screwed.
 
There were talks earlier of the Giants drafting Rivers and then trading to SD .... but unrelated .. that commercial for the hats was hillarious with Eli holding a Giants one and a Chargers one saying ... Giants .. Chargers ... Giants ... Chargers ...
