technically the INT was correct. The receiver must "complete the catch" when he goes to the ground until the whistle stops. Whistle did not blow, nor did he complete the catch as he went to the ground, it popped up into the air when he hit the ground. JT caught it before it hit the ground.

Didn't that happen with us earlier in the game but we were given a completion?
