Bottom Line We Held The Jags 1st Team To 29 Yds Quit Overreacting

Our D usually holds well the first two quarters of a game...it's usually the 3rd quarter where teams drastically outscore us but a solid running game should help alleviate the DL from getting worn down.

Sage is looking better than Feeley versus the same 3rd string defense. The defensive players on the field now for Sage were the same that were on for Feeley.

I am not going to say "Sage for Starter", BUT i will say we should give him a shot with the first-string offense (maybe next week?) to see how he does. after all, he filled in for fiedler and feeley admirably last year at the end (remember the game versus baltimore - wasn't too shabby).

One other thing to consider, Feeley doesn't practice with the third stringers, Sage does, thus he is used to those players... advantage sage.
