i see what you mean datruth and kdawg... i am not saying officially at this moment we have gotten better overall as a roster/team yet. there is much to prove. but what i do think i can say is that its a start at this time moving into our future, with possibly an actual vision.
now i was expecting Wallace to be with us to help development and moving our offense forward, and i think its making it harder for that to happen without him and for our youth and Tannehill. but having Stills does help that a bit, but he still has to come in and number one work hard and prove himself. he isnt a definite yet at all. Landry coming into only year 2 as well, but i love the kid for whom he is and what he offers... Matthews this is your chance to prove, you have to now!!! we do need another rookie to come in and do the same as all three of these guys... tough for a young core to do this without a Wallace across the field.
otherwise we are lacking depth at many other positions too... but this all can be pieced together (we just entered second week of FA) and once again this is the first year i will say where we really are making moves into this... ridding the junk we have had and awful contracts we have had holding us back more. it is almost like a step back rebuild right now, it'll take some time.
Suh was a great move that should help us out long time in many ways. we just gotta keep building around him. and remember we do have youht there that possibly could start stepping in and contributing, or even playing really well. rotationally is okay, we will see overall.... need that Mike more than anything though 100%
once again i agree with you... but it takes time, and i do think they are schematically piecing things together for our future as a whole, as a team. its not going to be easy though.
