Mimics high altitude training. Similar to the reason the Olympic training center is in Colorado Springs, CO which helps athletes adapt to low oxygen.

Think, being able to still perform at a high level despite being "winded".

I saw Scott is inactive, telling me Parker definitely is more than just a decoy.

Think I saw Pouncey, Jenkins, and Howard as well, all inactive as expected.
 
TE Thomas Duarte, T Bryce Harris, CB Xavien Howard, LB Jelani Jenkins, CB Jordan Lucas, C Mike Pouncey and WR Rashawn Scott round out Miami's inactive list for Week 13. Brandon Albert (wrist), Kiko Alonso (hamstring), Jermon Bushrod (calf), Kenyan Drake (knee), Earl Mitchell (back) and Laremy Tunsil (shoulder) are all active for the Dolphins.

And will be used next week as well vs Arizona b/c it's true. If we can make it thru this gamut of teams in the regular season, it will only make us stronger in preparing for a possible playoff run.
