Also that one quote makes no sense, he talks about needs Wolves and not sheep, but then he talks about not needing sheepdogs. Well if all of the players are leaders and not followers dont you think that we will have a bunch of players who say "**** it, This is what I want and I am going to do it." Leaders tend to be independant and self reliant. this is a team game where we should have a few leaders and the rest followers. Otherwise there will be a conflict of intrest.
