OK, So Which QB Do We Draft in 2006?

Man at this point I just want someone that ain't Fooley. Give us some hope someone.
 
I insist again, Brady Croile, he is so sweet, or at least he is going to be. There is Leak, Vince Young, and i am sure more than 14 of them will come up as the year goes by, Aaron Rodgers and Smith where not even talked about at this poing last year, and you could still have a McPherson type of guy that was a starter and then had to be benched and so and so forth, i mean it is too early, at this point last year a mock draft showed us taking Andrew Walter in the first. Leinart could have an awful season and fall all the way down to the 3rd or something like that (kind of like The guy that the Texans drafted a while ago, Ragone, that was considered a first rounder, struggled mightily and then fell to the third)
 
Brodie Croyle has the durability of a soap bubble, he is no NFL prospect. I'm telling you guys, we are gonna be crying about this for years to come, how we went 0-fer at QB this draft. I am just beside myself. I cannot believe Saban has done this to us. We absolutely HAD to get a young guy in here WHATEVER the cost.

It aint my future, so who am I to talk, but I'm a smart guy with a lot of common sense and a good job...so with that said I have to say..

Matt Leinhart made the dumbest damn choice in the world. The only thing that can happen this next year is him get hurt and destroy his value/future. The kid couldn't get any higher on positives than he had. Who wants to play a final season like you are on pins and needles. He's going to have to get psychological counceling if he does something this next year that destroys him from being a first round pick in the top 5 or ever becoming a big NFL quarterback....because he will have to live with that for the rest of his life.

How can he be going to college practice next year when he knows on that day that if he went pro he'd have a few million dollars sitting in his bank account at that moment. I'm all for people getting an education and maturing, but not when you have already reached that point as he has.
 
WRIGHT- wouldnt be eligible

JAMARCUS RUSSELL- never heard of him

BRODY CROYLE- is an above average qb but hasnt shown he can control and dominate a game. if he has a better season then last well talk but if not could just be a fourth round pick nothing special.

CHARLIE WHITEHURST-never heard of him

MATT LEINART- u cant say enough about this kid, has alot of pressure on him but should hold up, if he has half a good as season as last year he will stil be a #1 overall pick. his one defincency is mechanics and slow release.

LEAK- dont get him if he comes out, hes not ready not matured on the feild yet he still makes bad decisions but lets see how he does this year amd then we might maybe talk.

JACOBS- hes awesome, seen him play and the kid is just amazing he knows what hes doing and has a quick release

YOUNG- kid from texas is really goood moves might be better thn vick but his arm isnt. the kid needs to strengthen hhis arm and hell be a preety good first round selection.

VICK- i think he has some potential but that doesnt mean much, never really given the chance but will start next year if he keeps his nose clean which hes been having trouble with. lets see how this upcoming year goes and how he performs. too earl oo judge yet.

I'm serious it's like grasping at straws. Unreal-unbelievable. ANY NFL team should know you draft QB every 2 years at least.

As much as I despise both of them I am ready to bring Berlin or Rix in as UDFA.

this is the most ignorant thing i've read in a long time... THE VALUE WASN'T THERE. many Qbs got taken right before us...why are you flipping out about this? Lets see what Feeley's got.. if nothing, fine, we adress the issue next offseason. NO BIG DEAL. if feeley's good then even better. The dolphins arent going to win the superbowl next year.. so.. i really don't understand your flipping out.
 
dudeness so your saying if feely doesnthave it this year then **** it. oh well **** it its just one wasted season setting us back even farther then we already are. just waste the year so no one improves on offense cause oh well we dicided to skip on a qb in the draft and oh well waste a season for all the players on are team that are magically getting younger. yeah thats smart, thats one of the mosr ignorant things ive ever heard. we should of got one just incase feely sucks which he does. all i can say is thank god we got ferrote and whats funny is any fan for a team saying thank god we got ferrote means that team must be in some bad shape
 
Someone will emerge; someone always does. But after Leinart, it's a REALLY weak senior crop.
 
Young is terrible.The guy should switch to RB or WR.

this could work...maybe marcus vick...depending on his senior seaz...we could also send a veteran defender..who would be losing value to get to the top..also brad smith would be nice
