your naming all rookies who struggled. feely is not a rookie and shouldnt be treated like one. hes had what five years of training camps mini camps offseasons seasons and backing up and learning from one of the best in the league. hes had time to learn and was given a chance, not a full year chance but still a chance and your right he did improve but was stil horrible he must of set a record with most touchdown psses TO THE OTHER TEAM. your right he could improve and get better yes its totally possible but i think it would help alot if you just started fresh. if we wouldve got a qb and he showed he was worth the pick then ferrote would of started and the rookie wouldve been ready to go next year. but now we gotta get a qb next year and he wouldnt start that year and if he did he wouldnt be ready and hurt our team more. feely just isnt the answer and i dont know y all u guys have so much loyalty to him. what has he done for us nothing. absolutely nothing hes taken more then given to us. feely is an ok qb but i want more than an ok qb. miami needs a new face and maybe well be lucky and ne year well get one. there no use crying over not picking one this year.

BRODY CROYLE- is an above average qb but hasnt shown he can control and dominate a game. if he has a better season then last well talk but if not could just be a fourth round pick nothing special.

CHARLIE WHITEHURST-never heard of him

MATT LEINART- u cant say enough about this kid, has alot of pressure on him but should hold up, if he has half a good as season as last year he will stil be a #1 overall pick. his one defincency is mechanics and slow release.

LEAK- dont get him if he comes out, hes not ready not matured on the feild yet he still makes bad decisions but lets see how he does this year amd then we might maybe talk.

JACOBS- hes awesome, seen him play and the kid is just amazing he knows what hes doing and has a quick release

YOUNG- kid from texas is really goood moves might be better thn vick but his arm isnt. the kid needs to strengthen hhis arm and hell be a preety good first round selection.

VICK- i think he has some potential but that doesnt mean much, never really given the chance but will start next year if he keeps his nose clean which hes been having trouble with. lets see how this upcoming year goes and how he performs. too earl oo judge yet.

Some Hurricane fan you are. Charlie Whitehurst is the Clemson QB, who beat your boys right after my boys (the UNC Tar Heels) beat your boys.
 
omar jacobs will NOT be an UFA.... he will probably be a first/second round pick. did you see his stats this last year? absolutely insane... best i've ever seen.
 
With the number 6th pick, the Miami Dolphins select Chris Leak, quarterback out of Florida.

All hail Saban...
 
Thats the only thing that bothers me about Saban- he is forgetting about the quarterback position. He did nothing about it in free agency or the draft. His solution to that problem is staying with Feeley and picking up Gus? (LOL) Next years draft he better start looking at the quarterback postion because Gus and Feeley don't add up together as one good franchise quarterback.

Our franchise quarteback is AJ Feeley
 
I don't see what the big deal is. IF I can win 2 superbowls with Feeley in Madden surely Saban can do the same. If not.....elect me as next head coach.:tongue:
 
I can't wait till the end of next season to see what all you AJ fans are saying. (LOL) Then I will be saying I told you so.

You've gotta be ****ting me....UFA? At risk of sounding like a homer, the guy has the best TD-INT ratio ever. I don't care what offense you play in, that is freaking impressive. He also has ideal size, he can run, he is composed in the pocket, and his release is unorthodox but lighting quick. I watched the spring game last week and it looks like he finally got his deep ball under control, which was the weakest part of his game, because his short-intermediate passes are on point always.
Putting up the same numbers he did last year should make him a easy 1st round pick and in heavy contention for the heisman. While I'm not certain if he can or not, saying that he can drop outta the draft all together is ridiculous, not even considering the fact he will only be a junior and if his year is subpar he could stay.
And the MAC QB sterotype is obviously drifting away, the past few years show that there have been highly touted prospects from the conference, and even one that had a slip in play his senior year, Frye, is being banked on to be the future of the Browns.
