Once and for all, IT WAS A FORWARD PASS!

It was very close, and refs don't like overturning any call, much less one that decides a game. I don't think there is any way they could have overturned the call unless they had more to go on than that view.

Believe me. I was screaming louder than all of you on that play as it happened "forward pass" please believe me. However, after seeing slow motion replays and pictures, I'm not so sure it was a forward pass because of where and how Ben released the ball. It was too close and I think the refs woudl have screwed us during the review.

My problem is with the players that seemingly gave zero effort and allowed this td to happen(ruled out at the 13 Antonio brown blunder) .

What the hell was Jared Odrick doing on that play?

It's to close to overturn that had Brown not stepped OB.

it is pretty much at the exact same spot the ball was released, there's no way that would have been overturned if he didn't step out.

Your little arrow was AFTER the pass was thrown. After Rapistburger's momentum carried him a yard further up the field. Hence it was a 1 yard forward pass.

I showed where he released the ball and where the ball was caught. it was incredibly close, no way could they have overturned that.

Thing is it was forward. Look at the ref standing on the 31 yard line. Watch him look at the release on the 32 and then turn his head forward to watch the catch at the 33. You also can't accurately draw that line on the screen

Too many calls don't go our way.......enjoy the fact that this all worked out.

WE WON.

From Philbin:

‏@OmarKelly 3m
Joe Philbin said end of the game play was "mighty close" to a forward pass from Big Ben.

@AbramsonPBP 4m
Philbin says Roethlisberger pass was "very close." He wouldn't say whether it was a forward pass. He had a small grin.

They have to review the score. Not the entire play.

I'm not sure what distinction you're making here. The "play" is reviewable. Now whether or not they would have felt they had enough to overturn the non-call on the field, that's a different question.

Dude your own arrow IS NOT PARALLEL to the yard stripe. Look at it. It's obviously closer at the receivers location than where you claim the pass originated from. You have proven, thank you very much, it WAS a forward pass.

You realize your line shows that the pass was forward, right?
