Once and for all, IT WAS A FORWARD PASS!

WR going for ball was hit early thus not enabling him t be bale to catch pass.
Pretty general description indicating you don't have a clue as to what you are talking about. I think one of your buddies made mention of some BS at TGG and your trying to run with it. You didn't see it and it's obvious.

The play in question is Grimes and Brown got their feet tangled. Brown didn't even question it because there was nothing to it. Yet you come in here with no knowledge and make obnoxious comments in an effort to feel better about yourself. Absolutely pathetic. Certainly hope you satisfied your lust for feeling better about yourself by trying to discredit others.

I 100% saw it, you got away w/ one but I know the refs are against the dolphins so this can't be. They only screw you such as on this "obvious" forward lateral by ben on the last play!

Junc discrediting the Dolphins win? That's new.

The point is not taking credit away which is exactly what you're trying to do. I don't know how you don't get tired of this shtick after 9 years.

it's gets tiresome dealing w/ adults who clearly can't read.

I have complimented you on the win, I have not said anything about you not deserving the win. have I gone full vaark mode and made a million excuses why you won? NO but I am allowed to discuss reality. I am sorry this bothers you.

Yes that's what you do. You give "props" but then in other areas of the site you say Miami got away with 2 pass interferences that weren't called. Logic would say that if the PIs were called, Pittsburgh either might have or would have won.

That's called discrediting.

I discuss REALITY, should I lie and say you played the perfect game? should I say Ryan was flawless? you guys want me to lie for some reason. be happy you won, winning while not playing your best can be a good sign and I have said it many times that when you do play your best you will be a very dangerous team.

I don't lie, I give honest OPINIONS. Sometimes I'm right, sometimes I'm wrong but I will never lie and say something that I don't believe in.

Hey you doing your Hoops Scoops on the Stealers and Phins?

I agree it was close but I am confident that they would have had a lot more angles of the play that would show that it was a forward pass. Even with the clip we do have, it shows that.

When Ben releases the ball, it is behind the second hash mark.

When Brown catches that ball, he is clearly ahead of the second hash mark.

I think this does prove it was forward however I don't think your line is correct. It is hard to tell but I see his arm in front of your line with the ball at the time of release. It appears your line is just below his elbow. This play was close and I don't know how anyone can say it was clear..................totally convinced it wouldn't have been overturned.

you do realize the angles in both of the clips are different, right? and the line is behind where ben releases the ball.

it doesn't b/c the line on the first image is behind where Ben's hand is and the 2nd one the angle is a little different and he didn't account for that.

It could have been forward but it was so damn close there is no way they could have overturned it.

Yes they could have. It's an easy call. You simply don't want it to be.

Are we really debating this play? They didn't score, the Dolphins won...enjoy.

Since when do opinions and reality co-exist? You're talking about pass interference calls that didn't happen. The reality is that your opinion they should've been called is not reality at all.

I'm fine with the win. I don't give a damn what you say about the lateral or the non-existent PI calls. Nothing you can ever say will make a difference to any of us about the Dolphins winning.

It's comical(and sad) how you don't get any of this.

unreal this discusion is still going on. There was #76 on the line of fire an Ben had to go around him to trow the ball. There's no way he could have trown it back or even on the line. He could only pass it forward. That is a fact. In order for Ben to pass it back he'd have to wrap his arm around #76 which he clearly did NOT. The ball was going forward when Brown(who commited a penalty by not being set but was not called)got it.

Ozzy rules!!

They would have never overturned that TD and we would have never gotten over it. Like I said it would have been tragic because as soon as we went up by 3 the defense was dominant as the Steelers couldn't get a first down. Way too many Dolphins were standing around which is what we should be focusing on had the call stood. We instead would have been obsessing over the potential forward lateral. We won, had Pittsburgh won it would have been on that fluke play. No discredit this was a hard earned win vs a veteran battle tested team in their house in bad weather. It was a great win for us, that fluke play would have been tragic. The coaches need to roll that play and undress the 8 or 9 guys that were standing around while that was happening in film study to make sure it never happens again.
