Although we lack talent we did not have an identity on offense.
Besides Parker and MG the entire offense flopped.
I didn't think he could create wine out of water but we did not show well on that side of the ball.

I guess Schuplinsky is well respected by Flores, and that's what matters here.
Just throwing out an idea here, but Fitz has been pretty non committal about returning. What if Fitz and Schuplinsky got along great, but Fitz and O'Shea, not so much?

Surprising yes but just have to wait until the next hire to make sense of it.
Maybe Fitz is retiring...... and by doing so becomes the Dolphins OC! I scooby doo’d that ending didn’t I. 
I thought I read that Fitz was eager to return to the Fins as he's had the most fun of his career, maybe i misread though
Sorry dude, not buying that opinion. We didn’t have an identity because we had no NFL players on the offense except for Parker, Fitz, and Wilson.
