All we know is being the OC he played the most significant role on the offense out of all the coaches which is the reason ppl are surprised that the only aspect of our football team that was functional OC was fired.

There are a few moving parts but I can confirm there were some personnel decisions that O Shea and Flores did not agree on

Please tell me Flores wanted more Gaskins and O'Shea wanted more Laird. Laird has zero acceleration or burst.
