Check this out:

“On the season, Brady is averaging his fewest yards per pass attempt since 2002, when most of his teammates were in elementary school and passing across the league was far less efficient. Over the last 10 games, he has a 78.9 passer rating, which ranks 25th out of 27 qualified passers. His yards per attempt, in that span, are dead last among those 27 quarterbacks.

For three consecutive years now, Brady’s yards per attempt has declined, from 9.3 in 2016 to 6.1—a fall of 34.4%. Those dips, though, have been papered over by a simple fact more important than any statistic: the Patriots continued to win.”

it’s as if Adam Gase is calling the plays in NE. Fitz stinks but he’s above 78.9 correct?

And yet they're 10-3 and we're 3-10 so what's the point??
They got more talent surrounding Brady. Put Brady behind our OL and let him throw to Hurns, Ford and whoever is the UDFA of the week.

But that talent gap will be closing and turned pretty soon. Brady better retire this year or we kicking the crap out of him beginning next year.

Brady is 42. N.E act like he is 24.Brady still better than 24 qb in nfl at 42. That still say a lot. Without no good wr. He play w a number 3 wr as his start. You can brag about all them reg season qb but brady bring home that trophy..

They will be in the playoffs, again. And outside of Baltimore, who can take home field advantage, they very well might be playing in another SB.

KC needs to become more consistent on the defensive end and the Texans need to become more consistent as a team. Both have QBs who can move the pocket and breakdown BB defenses.

You do not lose a Gronk and a Gordon, and keep pace with the no names outside of Edelman. Watching defenses double him weekly, shows how one dimensional NE has become. Their offensive line has been far from good this year also.

This is why they aren’t going to the SB this year. Balt is far superior and they can be beaten by KC, Houston and Tennessee or Pitt - yes, they can. Heck, they may lose the division to Buffalo...

Not this year. They aren’t even close to being the best team in football.

I learned long ago making such declarations concerning NE was folly.

As for Buffalo, I guess if Miami can win the division on the backs of beating sub .500 teams, Buffalo can too.

Baltimore is just a better team this year. Top to bottom. KC has a world class offense. So yes those 2 teams have a legitimate chance.

Until NE is eliminated, they remain the team to beat.

KC’s offense may be more suspect than their defense at this point. No legit running back and Andy Reid is prone to brain farts when games are in the line. Mahomes is walking an injury tightrope as well. It’s like Reid wants to keep pressing, but conventional wisdom tells him to go conservative and he can’t organize a grind it out offense.
