Philbin is the only reason why we have the wins we do with that turd heap of an O-Line put together by our pathetic excuse for a GM!
He is pretty stoic. But I don't think he is necessarily the problem. IMO, it's the coordinators who need to get their respective units fired up and into the game. I am a little disappointed, however, that Philbin doesn't show any emotion whatsoever.
As for Philbin's stoic demeanor, he looked like I looked for most of the game. I was completely dumbfounded by what I was watching.
