Pack your bags Philbin.

I'd be fine with his dullard approach on the sideline, if he ever talked to anyone. I never see him with individual players or units.

Man it's the worst when we lose. We get so many of these threads where some people have all the solutions

The play calling was atrocious. I'm no pro, hell, I don't even play football video games, but i knew Buffalo had a great pass rush that needed to be neutralized. And we didn't do anything to prevent that. One sack the blitz was recognized, coverage was called, and it happened anyway. If Sherman doesn't get fired, then fir Philbin for letting him call plays.

No one wants to give up on Philbin. He seems a decent guy and the prospects of doing a full rebuild aren't pleasant. Realistically, though, I've yet to see anything to make me think he's better than average, and I've seen several things in terms of unpreparedness, coming out flat in big games, squandering big leads, not adjusting ... well, I could go on, but the point is I'd be lying if I said I didn't see a lot of stuff that making me question his ability to run a good team, and I've seen a lot of things from his teams that were it any other team I would say they are poorly coached.

Don't forget, we have running backs who can't block their way out of a wet paper sack

Philbin isn't leaving. He gets one more year. If they win against the Jets that puts Miami at 9-7 which is a two game improvement from last year.
