Personally, I'd like to fire them all... Agree or Disagree?

I am not impressed with Paul Pasqualoni and Henning picks the worst times to get cute. Goon may be right though, Pasqualoni might just need more players. Outside of a clear number 1 receiver, Ilb is our biggest weakness. The ones we have stink and yes I am including Tackle-from-behind Crowder too. Ayodele might make a decent backup, but he got burned by the tight end early and was out of position without a clue on several other plays.

Many holes left to fill but they are getting there.

First of all, to the 3 or 4 people who told me to shut up or something to that effect, you're a bunch of juvenile jerk-offs.

Secondly, to the people that said we are "headed in the right direction", my question to you is this: what in God's name are you basing that on? We regressed big time in terms of ball security, all around defense, big plays, and most importantly we won 4 freakin less games. You can yammer in my ear all you want about the tough schedule or the injuries. Wah wah cry me a river. The Pats and Jets both have a slew of injuries and played basically the same schedule we did. They're both playoff bound provided the Jets don't blow it outright tonight. I've had enough of the excuses.

I'd like people to give me some specific examples of why the like the coaching staff/FO rather than just telling me to keep quiet because I have a dissenting voice.
To me, a coach that decides to run a Ricky Williams pass on the goal line against Buffalo when the conventional offense is firing on all cylinders should be canned.
To me, anyone who decides that drafting Pat White as an expansion of some mindless collegiate offensive scheme only to use him in asinine ways is a MORON and NEEDS to be canned.
There, those are specific examples.
Now you guys try!

If we just keep blowing it up we'll never be any good. It just doesn't work. Have to give this regime another year. This team had 1-15 talent 2 sesons ago.

Strongly disagree. Changes will be made to the staff and personnel for the better, but just blowing up a team and starting from scratch would be the worst thing for this franchise right now. Do you want another 2007???
I have asked before and now ask again...
Why getting an established coach = torn up the team and start over.
Do you think coaches such as Cowher or Shanahan would not noticed the building blocks such as Long, Henne, Vonate, Smith... and build upon it.
If regular fans like us realized our foundation, I am sure those professional football mind would too.

And if you're going to try to tell me that any aspect of the defense outside of the front line has any bright spots at all then you really need to not bother wasting your time. I like Sean Smith going forward but Vontae gets toasted constantly. He needs to step it up big-time. The safeties are atrocious, the linebackers are slow, and the pass rushers are washed up.

Why don't you be a Jets fan? You really don't know what your talking about. You would fit in well with them.

Am I the only one who realizes that we just followed up an 11-5 season with a 7-9 one where we COMPLETELY CHOKED IN 3 CONSECUTIVE BIG GAMES DOWN THE STRETCH????!!!!

Honestly, did this team look prepared to play against Houston? Do you like the fact that this team doesn't start playing any football until the 4th quarter. You like consecutive slow starts to the season followed only by a buildup to heartbreak?
What the hell are you talking about!!??

It would be immature and retarted to fire all the coaches. Sparano has proven that he is the real deal and you can clearly see his passion every game. The offensive and defensive coordinators obviously need looked at but really I think they have done alright with what we have. we clearly need a number one WR. Bess is great in the slot, Hartline is a great number two with Camarillo as a fourth option. Defensively we need to get Girbril out of their but Bell is the real deal. Our corners played fine for rookies. Vontae is clearly better than Smith. Vontae got burned a few times, yes. But your talking about Randy Moss and other number ones if we had a decent safety instead of gibril in support it would be a different story. Our offensive and defensive lines are both pretty solid, still need a NT. Lb Crowder is fine, we just need another decent guy in their with him. Im not going to panic we got spoiled at 11-5 last year, this year we competed with the top teams but fell short. Trust me next year we will contend and be a top team in the AFC East. Every team has holes and I feel ours are managable for one offseason now. :rimshot:

Not to mention all the games that we should have won if we were decently run like against the Saints and Colts... What right direction are you people talking about? Christ, this is insane.

The best players on our team can be attributed to our current fo and our coaches schemes accounted for 11 wins last season and most poorly coached teams don't barely miss the playoffs and stay in every game they play until the end. Sometimes a guy doesn't make a play and it costs you a game. Like the Colts game Gibril dropped a sure pick that would have ended the half instead the Colts score. Then Ginn drops the ball in the end zone twice. That is not bad coaching or play calling. I like the system and like the types of players we are drafting and bringing in through fa.

You fit in well in the sped classes, you puny minded simpleton.

Yeah you notice who was a big part of that 11-5 last season and 4 of them are not there this season due to injury (Allen, Brown, Pennington and Ferguson). People say injuries are a lame excuse but when your missing those type of players in key area's on the football team its hard to overcome. Hell I'm just glad they showed up and played with some heart I thought we would lose the rest of our games when Ferguson and Brown went down.

um pretty sure almost everyone here disagree's with you, maybe your insane? ever think of that?

We didn't address any needs? Don't we have one of the best O-Lines and best D-Lines in the game? Give it time, everything just has to come together first. Smith will be better (and has been getting) Davis will be better (which is scary) and they'll obviously address the WR and FS situation. A slew of injuries really slowed things down.

Can someone name a coach who has taken a leave of absence from the game (at least 1 season) then came back and won a Super Bowl?
