Personally, I'd like to fire them all... Agree or Disagree?

Disagree. Victory may be closer than it appears from the rear view mirror. We conceded the first 3 games by bequeathing Penny the starting job instead of a true TC competition. Be that as it may, we now have our franchise QB who, between losing 2/3rds of his running weapons (and therefore wearing down the remaining 1 semin senior citizen) and being asked to make some ridiculous plays due to boneheaded OC calls and terrible defense putting him into deep holes, has done very well considering and is showing improvement on a game by game basis if we're to believe people who have coached and played the game instead of 7% of the FH self-professed realists. We've lost too many other critical players, not the least of whom is our NT for it not to have mattered.

If healthy with some tweaking and a few of the obvious key additions we've got the nucleus to both build on and to be more than just competitive for years to come. Wanting to blow everything up is frankly just a short-sighted and childish gag reaction.

Now I'll agree that I'm really starting to HATE Pasqualoni and would like to see him gone badly. Can't say I'm thrilled with Henning but with 2/3rds of his running potency removed from the board, no real #1 WR threat like NY got The Sanchump, his possession TE down and out before the season started and an often patchwork OL quilted, he might have some excuses, although I would like to see him gone as well.

Hopefully this thread will be a good podium for all those who are both pro and con to air their defenses and especially their grievances so that the board won't be again littered with iterations of the same ad nauseaum complaints thread after thread after thread. Please.

Disagree. We're headed in the right direction and you want to blow it all up and start over? Force the team to learn an entirely new offense and defense and REGRESS from the progress we've made this season? Just doesn't make much sense to me.

Yep you are correct :hump:

I'd love to just dismantle everything, take 5 steps backward and hope for a season in which we don't go 1-15. Is Cam Cameron available?

/sarcasm

This kind of feels like Saban's second year. Except we might have a franchise QB in Henne and some starting corners.

Very good. I had forgotten about him but more often then not, they don't have that kind of success.

Yeah there might be a few more if you wanted to research it....that was just off the top of my head...

However, a superbowl winning coach doesn't just forget how to coach....sometimes they may get too old....but they don't forget how to coach...

Not sure if Belichek could count or not...

I really don't get how you people can cook up so many positives about this coaching staff and this team.
The way you guys talk about these people, you would think we went 12-4 this year. It's mindless!
We choked away countless winnable games, plain and simple!

Guess what? To the OP and those who agree with him, Sparano's not going ANYWHERE!!! You may have your opinions about Sparano and his future (as outlandish as they may seem, they're your opinions.), but he is NOT going to be let go after this season, I can guarantee you that much. So if you don't like it, DEAL WITH IT or there's 31 other teams you can follow! Have a nice day!

PS...If you haven't noticed, DISAGREE!!!!

You're a child. Stop being a Dolphins fan because I don't like coaching decisions and front office moves? You're right though WE DID A GREAT JOB ALL YEAR DIDN'T WE???
It was especially awesome when we were 7-6 and proceeded to CHOKE AWAY OUR PLAYOFF HOPES AT HOME AGAINST MEDIOCRE OPPOSITION!!! THAT MAKES ME SMILE!

Odds makers seen this coming. As did a few of us here. Can research preseason threads, and I called MIA a 7-9 to 9-7 at best team. Too many holes and too many stop gaps still on the team. What did you expect from a team that was gutted the year before.

Now people want to say a step backward from last year. Well last year when MIA won 7 games by 7 points or less to teams that were .500 or worse, then YOU should have seen the writing on the wall. MIA wasn't playing KC, OAK, SF and such at the end of the season like last year. MIA played teams that were playoff teams and stronger in depth down the line.

Now people want to say like the OP, NO and INDY and so on didn't choke away games and such, well....those teams have PRO BOWL QB's who have been on the scene for years. MIA has a 13 game 2nd year starter who finished 7-6. Who to me looks like a very nice building piece for the future.

This team needs more youth and some quality FA's that are play makers. That is a given. Maybe Henning needs to go, not sold on the whole...lets get White out there for a few plays a game theory. But as for PP, I think he needs some players...sorry but Chowder and Wilson aren't anything I wish on any team but...the Pats.

TENN and PITT are from mediocre. Bad years, yes...but far from mediocre.

And the child here is the one who continues to chide and name call others....look in the mirror for that person please.
