Personally, I'd like to fire them all... Agree or Disagree?

I said most of this in a post I made but I feel that it deserves it's own thread.

The coaching staff as a whole clearly lacks the skills necessary to gameplan, manage the clock, and create/call effective plays.
The Parcells led front office blatantly refused to address positions of need in areas of skill players, we REALLY should have drafted Hakeem Nicks at 25, and the fact that they took Pat White (a luxury pick) in the 2nd round instead of a skill player makes me want to take a flamethrower to landshark stadium.

I'm sick of the excuses, flat out I feel like these guys are losers and a lot of the players are losers too.... I say get rid of them all and if Ted Ginn is on the team next year I'll have trouble with not going on a murderous rampage.

Hakeem is a solid receiver but you would really rather have him then Vontae Davis? Vontae made some huge plays this year for us and if he weren't on this roster we would have a very, very bad secondary.

Disagree on firing everyone, parcells already did that once and it worked great but cleaning shop again and starting over now would be stupid.

Big changes need to be made though. Henning & Pasqualoni need to go, get a new OC and a true DC. Henning is outside his prime by a longshot and Pasqualoni doesn't seem very bright (although he didnt have much to work with). Maybe some of the assistant coaches/player coaches could be improved but we have no inside knowledge of that.

Can't just fire everyone bro, thats plain ignorant. We would end up with guys much worse than we have now.

First year we are leading in turn over, strong in Dec.
This year we are completely opposite.
If this year is the right direction, you want the team turn over more?? You want us lose all Nov and Dec games?? And this have nothing to do with schedule and injuries.
C'mon Cane, we already took a U turn and down the wrong direction...and the regression has started for three months.

if you say the coaching may be able to revers again and put us back in the right track...OK, may be. we'll see.

But saying we are in the right direction and have progress....that is absolutely BS.

Let me be clear I am on the fence because I see our coaching staff making the same blunders weekly. I am on the fence because Parcells has a long documented history of building a team a certain way, and well that way hasn't won a Superbowl since 1988.

I can live with Sparano having sort of a sophmore slump, but the OC and DC need togo. I also don't want to see us digging through teams like Oakland and Kansas City's trash so Parcells can do more of his Diamond in the Rough theories! This teams holes needs to be filled with solid productive vets, not projects, not bringing in players and playing them out of position. We need a very good free agency period! Bring in guys like Dansby, Wilfork, Marshall or Jackson, not guys like Wilford, Wilson, Green, Chrowder etc!
