Pete carmichael jr

With an inexperienced owner, a relatively inexperienced GM, no incumbent DC, probably no incumbent OC, some difficult players in the lockerroom,

Are you guys sure you want a quietly spoken young guy who has only just started to blossom into an OC as the leadership figure oof this immature, adolescent organisation? I bet on game day, PCJr is dynamite and the Dolphins squad is not to be sneezed at. It's the other 6.5 days of the week I wonder if he's ready fro that level of authority and responsibility, given the environment he'd be in.

Looks like there will be a good chance Carmichael will be able to interview this week.
I would'nt bet on this just yet. The Saints had 4 TO's in the first half and are just down by 3. The thing I like about Carmichail is of all the high powered offensive teams they seem to be the most willing to run as a compliment to the pass. They also are very effective in doing so.

everything that i hear from the saints organization and espn experts is that he is well respected throughout the league, especially by players.... if you get the respect from players, you will be able to gain control of the locker room

hopefully ross is speed dialing carmichaels agent. what a game. harbaugh is going to be hall of fame coach.mark it down.

this is the guy i want as our next head coach!

Good riddance jeff fisher!!!! Give me carmichael jr. Who has been calling the plays and has the saints offense averaging over 500 yards per game. That is right, 500 yards per game with carmichael calling the plays. Payton turned them over a few weeks back and has let carmichael keep them because they are doing so well. Give me this guy as head coach and let him call plays for us as well. Ross said he wants a young shula and also said that his idea in business is always hiring younger people with things to prove because they work harder. Well mr. Ross, this is your guy!
nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is Drew Brees coming with him? Because if you think you are getting that offense with Carmichael Jr, you are whistling dixie.

I would have interviewed Vic Fangio if SF had lost.

But McCoy does?

Yep. Compare the straight up coaching job and talent of the two teams...

Carmichael has one of the best QB's, elite receiving core and a great HC that coaches offense.
McCoy has a **** QB, young WR's and constantly having to make adjustments to make his offense work.

McCoy also is articulate and communicates well. Pete Carmichael is known as being kind of boring...that is fine to be boring, but I believe the Fins need someone that can express the vision of this franchise going forward.

Carmichael Jr. doesn't strike me as having the personality to keep control over a lockerroom of grown men. He may be Cam Cameron Part 2

That is my biggest concern. Just because they are good coordinators does not mean they will be a good head coach. I prefer a guy who played foootball at least at the collegiate level. And a guy who has a fiery attitude. I don't want to hire some guy who looks like a 5th grade science teacher. I want someone who at least looks like a tough SOB. That being said, I like carmichael more than philbin.

If anyone wants McCoy, just turn on their game. No to McCoy. Your trying to excite us fans not sen us running.

No thanks. I prefer my HC not look like the ****ing water boy OK.
