Philbin at fault?

When Philbin wins a few Super Bowls he'll get a pass. Excuse me if I don't feel the need to apologize for a mediocre head coach.

Martin was in his second season as was Philbin as a Dolphin. All other parties involved were Phins before Philbin arrived. So the question remains how long does it take for Philbin to get the pulse of the locker room? How long does it take to find out your OL holds meetings in strip clubds and are major druggies. I just don't see how Philbin gets off with no blame here

Philbin is suppose to be the eyes and the ears of the organization. He's the HEAD COACH.

If an employee is skimming thousands of dollars from a company and gets caught. Is his supervisor not responsible because he wasn't aware of it? His job is to make sure it doesn't happen in the first place!

Philbin didn't do his job as a head coach, plain and simple!

Ted Wells said he did his job and was not at fault and I will go on what his report says over you anyday.
