Id be surprised if we gave up a first day pick on someone thats largely conisdered a project. Having said that, I can see Nick spending a fourth, which may be enough to nab him.

i think its all about Tim Davis, our assistant Oline coach, who previously coached for USC, and saw Wright everyday.

In terms of Wright, I think he COULD be worth a third.

It's obvious he won't be ready to play this year. Save the pick and have more options with that 3rd next year. Could spend a 2nd on a more 'ready to contribute' guy then wasting our 3rd for someone to rot on the bench.

This workout didn't sound impressive at all, but by the same token we have a coach who was at usc and that might make the difference in what round and if we draft him at all.
