Fangio gets an F. Not even close to a B. He didn’t put any pressure on a mediocre rookie QB. Sat back and thought he could get by rushing 4 all night. Never bothered giving special attention to Hopkins. Fangio is mostly responsible for this loss.
You trade for Ramsey and you don’t put him on Hopkins all game?

Yeah it’s possible. It was supposed to be the easiest game left, true. I get the pessimism all around, injuries, how we played, etc. I guess some people would rather just give up.
Maybe they lost because THEY also thought it was the easiest game for the remainder of the schedule. Tennessee was probably also playing for a fallen team hero as well.

I was pretty drunk during this game. But seemed to me Hopkins had more yards on Ramsey than he did Howard. Thought Howard had his best game of the season.

McDaniel cost us that game. 100%. Idiotic playcalling in the RZ. Wasted two TOs by not getting the damn plays in on time. Again. Really pissed.

He keeps trying to throw the bubble screen to Hill when everyone is keying on him. Cost us a TD in KC game and Hill get injured on same stupid play in this one. That play hasn't worked all season give it up. Then ripping off 12 yards a run and we pass and lose yardage.

Ugly loss for the Fins.

I said it before the game, Tenn has played in a lot of 1-score games, lost a lot of them, and was close until the end. They play physically but we still should have blown them out if not for collapsing like we usually do.

They did it multiple times. DHop starts on one side of the field, typically with Ramsey then crosses across the entire field under the zone toward Howards side. Howard was piss poor at tackling and utterly dissinterested in helping make plays. That said, what DHop did last night is unacceptable. He was their only weapon and we couldn't take him out. 10000000% Fangio for not just doubling him all game.

Recoup, regroup, prepare.

Every good team in the league has faced adversity be not being prepared for an opponent. Every single one. Now, we are no different. Team looked pathetically unready on offense last night. Defense came out swinging but scheme doomed it in the end. And of course a dogpile of injuries.
Yeah man but we had the chance to drive down the field and kick a game winning FG and... well, horrible performance. It was not an MVP caliber performance. I'll leave it at that because I'm trying to be nice towards this offense

Armstead plays about 3 games a season...How does a Guy get a full contract with that type of availability? I agree that the OL should be the deepest part of any Pro team but in Miami its the most shallow depth across the board. Even the fans know this...how can the franchise not?
The worst thing is is we are actually down to some 3rd stringers. Who's gonna fill in if one of them get hurt

Missing starting LT, C, LG and RG. Tua played like sh*t, Hill got injured. I mean, the cards weren't exactly stacked in our favor here on offense. The line collapsed on every play that last drive.

Not going to fool me again. Won't believe in Tua or this team until they actually prove it by winning these final 4 games and then winning in the playoffs.
This team is just fool's gold... again. They looked good against bad teams but lost to the good teams because of their own mistakes and failures. Last night proved to me that they still can't build a decent o-line (that includes back-ups), McDaniel's playcalling sucks, and Fangio is not as good as advertised. Yes, Grier got a lot of talented guys on the offense, but what good are they if the o-line is still a problem AGAIN!!!

If I were Ross, if this team doesn't win the division and at least one playoff game, I'm cleaning house. And, even if they would do that, I'd still make it damn clear to Grier that they better have a very good o-line next year, and McDaniel needs to have someone else call the plays and make adjustments, and he needs to replace Fangio. Letting the Titans score twice at the end was not just a case of losing a game due to a bad bounce of the ball or one big play, it was a complete and utter failure by Fangio and McDaniel.
