Players for #104

131.QB McPherson, Adrian ex-Florida State

Trade it.

Out of this draft, I still want a S, QB, WR.

The early 4th is a time where a lot of teams look to trade up- and I say nick stockpiles some 4th/5th rounders and grabs a guy like Rosegreen or Shazor, McPherson, and Gibson/Mathis. Some kind of combo with those positions.

The good news is:
regardless of what Philly and Cleveland does, we will have a lot of good players available to us at 104.

If Saban takes the fans favourite, Adrian McPherson... surely he'll turn into some kind of God. I mean, what he has done thus far is awesome... but adding McPherson would just be unreal.
I don't really want him. Id rather us take Brown but maybe he's falling for a reason.Maybe we could have Hadnot compete at center(not sure he can do it at 330lbs tho)and plug Brown in at RG. We could have a line that looks like this,
Big Mack
James
Hadnot-Seth
Brown
Mackdugle-Carey
with St.Claire backing up everywhere and Ronnie Brown runing behind them.

Ozzy rules!!

Its hard to believe Fason is still around.IMO he is the best value pick left although there are several others which are good too.

Its too bad we seem to have a glut at RB.

I like to see a saftey taken which ever one is rated the highest on the board, not sure about the one's we have on the roster now.But there are some good centers and guards still there also, Saban will go with the highest on there board, he showed that in the 2nd! I'm shocked that Fason is still around! What would be even better if some how Saban could pull off a trade for more picks, because there are still some good players around. But overall I'm pleased with the draft.

Wow, I forgot that Mathis is still there. 4.33 speed and would be great in the slot.Lot of good players still out there.

Ozzy rules!!

Here's a couple more Keith....J.R. Russell, Travis Daniels, Roydell Williams....the two most obvious needs since last year are Left tackle and speed at receiver....the two positions not acuired...Left tackle and speedy receiver.

SF and Cleveland can both get good backs in the 4th in Fason and Barber III. Looks like Elton Brown to me -- but McPherson would be more fun.

let me ask this question , why do we only one good rb when pittsburg, denver and other teams have a t least two rbs ? i dont see that minor will make very many plays and it wouldn't kill us to draft Fason so we can have a little insurance.

Trade Gordon, our seventh-round pick and our 2006 fourth-round pick for one of the first five picks in the fourth-round. Take Fason and Brown, Wilkerson, or Munoz with our fourth-round picks. Take Larry Brackins or Travis Daniels in the fifth-round.

Ronnie Brown, Matt Roth, Channing Crowder, Ciatrick Fason, Elton Brown, and Larry Brackins?

I agree!!! And another name to throw out there - Kyle Orton. He can do everything but scramble. He can make ALL the throws and he's smart. He also has the size Saban & Linnehan covet at the position.

If not Orton or McPherson, I'd be happy with Hawthorne, Anthony Bryant, Brown, a S (Considine, Underwood, Maddox) or WR (mathis or Thorpe). Gibson is too skinny & frail.

With all these players available, trade down for more pix!

I see your point and its a good idea. I hate to say this not trying to start anything but, I think there maybe more to the R. Williams saga than Saban is telling anybody. I don't know!

Roydell Williams would be a real nice pick.
