Players seem shellshocked in interviews

As I mentioned in another thread, our D is only going to get worse. We're stuck with ****ty LBs for at least one more year due to the cap, and we're likely to lose some of our better players to free agency (Starks, Soliai, Grimes).

i bet they keep 2 out of those 3...may have to overpay for it to happen but i bet they do...they wont start over...you can bet though a brinks truck is getting unloaded in a veteran left tackle

the lb stuff is just awful...we got no choicebut to run this trainwreck out there again next year...i'd start hoping for serious pass rush development in dion jordan to help get us off the field...we have to have the least instinctual starting lb core in football

also tannehill will take another step next year and this o will carry more weight...provided they get him some damn protection...

All this tells me is they actually cared about that game...good, they should feel bad after a loss like that, now get over it, and get ready for the Jets, and don't forget, the Dolphins are very close to finally getting back into the playoffs, team needs to focus, and use that emotion this coming week against the Jets.

WOW dude guy has been a stud for 2 years making every single catch that comes his way. He has one off game and you feel vindicated in the fact that you called he was a crappy player? Damn dude give me a break. He had a bad game. A terrible game. But the guy is on the verge of his 2nd 1000 yard season and has been a vaccum on 3rd down for Ryan Tannehill all year.

Hartline - seems very down, but tries to be his usual professional self. I like his instant reply- to how he was after getting banged up- "I'm fine"

Clabo - poor guy was crying. The reporter was pounding him with tough questions, I feel bad for him, but this catastrophe is on him as much as anyone else.

Moore - downtrodden, but he knows it happens. He was thrown into an already **** situation. He's a pro. I think he's still a solid backup. Said their confidence was high after last week, they were ready to go. K.

Wallace - seems ready to go for next week. Reports were trying hard to rile him up I felt like, he wouldn't take it

Tannehill - seemed to answer questions and respond well. Asked about his knee vs Jets, says he feels good. I like how he corrected the reporter on the slot cb blitz...
"none of them were corner blitzes.
well from the slot
-well yeah thats the slot, not the corner"

Philbin - he just says how we were outplayed, while giving respect to the Bills. Seems to know what is wrong, but he must realize we can't fix it this season.

Overall I don't mind the demeanor of them after a tough loss. Better than how the Pats reacted last week like a bunch of little b***es. I'd love to beat them in the playoffs

Just shut up dude and keep your bull s*** b******* to yourself.

Everyone is entitled to an off day, it just sucks that our entire team had theirs on the same damn day, against the ****ty Bills no less.

It's not one off game. He had a crucial drop on 3rd and 2 in the Ravens game and then came out and flat out stunk in another game. I want to say it might have been the Chargers or Panthers game? I can't recall which.

Brian Hartline is not a bad player but he does not have great hands. Just because he's white doesn't mean he's got great hands. He's great at toe-tapping, but he does not have great hands. Sorry, that's just the truth.

He's a respectable football player but he's certainly had some stinkers for us.

That ravens drop was a killer he was wide open! Even if he pulls his standard trip over his own feet it was a first down inside the 30!

Yep, I like the guy, but the facts do not support the theory that he has 'great hands.'

The year everyone was killing Brandon Marshall for drops... Bess and Hartline were BOTH also pretty high on that drop % chart.

hartline catches the ball too much with his body.,.he's had multiple stinkers this year and big damn drops...and for gods sakes stop going to the damn ground!!!

Like they are killing Wallace this year? I have a idea lets trade Wallace for a couple mid round picks and net Egnew Jr for the deal!

To be fair, Wallace has his issues. I don't understand this narrative that he's great at big plays on go routes, because he seems to be totally incompetent at adjusting to the football and going up to get it on those deep balls. If you watch his touchdowns in Pittsburgh most of them were actually on deep crossing routes or post patterns.

The thing with Wallace is that he really seems to have taken the attitude of self-improvement and you can see it in his game. He's trying. If he does become a more complete receiver, I think he actually winds up as a great signing.

Wallace has been fine there have been some growing pains but overall he is fine. To be fair to both he and qb yesterday the wind was so damn strong it was blowing the ball as the ref set it. That is some pretty ridiculous conditions to play long ball in. Wallace has had big plays on screens and dig routes he has shown he can be effective anywhere. Something is just off on Tannehills deep ball I would honestly have to see it in person to judge better. Low level endzone get to track the balls flight first reaction is he is always trying to hit a spot.

He throws it fine to Hartline and Clay. I think the big problem is the timing on those verticals is bad (this was pointed out to me by others). Mike Wallace is so fast that the ball simply comes out too late.

But he really doesn't several of his down field passes this year are causing the WR/TE to have to adjust. Last year not so much.

Hartline is way too damn slow. He seems to slip and fall all the damn time too or trips over his own feet. Never seen anything like it.
