I believe that Ross and Grier are currently in New Jersey. They may be conducting more 'stealth' interviews there, with regional candidates, or simply having a pow-wow.

In an ideal world, I'd like to believe they're interviewing Dino Babers.

That would be an excellent person to interview. I'm guessing we didn't interview him because Ross is still entertaining bringing in John Harbaugh, Martindale's boss. Frankly, I'd rather take a chance on Martindale.

If we wait too long? Richard is under contract until Dallas loses.
 
It's got to be Kris Richard. Anything else barring a surprise candidate would be a huge disappointment. Richard is ready. He's rumored to already have a plan at building a staff if/when he's hired somewhere.

I want no part of Allen, Flores, Rizzi, etc.
 
I would like a defensive minded coach.
Can we for once just have a top 10 defense???
At least when our offense sucks (has for 10+ years), we may still be in ball games.
