Randy Mac arrested in Augusta, GA......

Doesn't this mean that McMike is going to be suspended by the league? If so, how long before people stop bashing D. Lee and jump on his bandwagon? And to think, McMike is on my avatar!

What's he going to do, chaperone them everywhere they go?

Negative Parrothead. Growing up in Pittsburgh, the Steelers had a lot of players that could have been "Bad Apples" in the mid 70's to 80's but as Jack Hamm said once in an interview - the players stayed in line because Coach Noll put the fear in them. They respected him and their Organization. He did not need to be with them round the clock to keep his players out of trouble.

I see a lot of sexists on this board. It's like everyone automatically assumes that the man is the one responsible for the situation. A relationship is about two people, not the man and what he decides to do or not do to the woman.

All we can honestly conclude right now, is that their relationship has shown a trend toward violence to each other. Remember that in the last incident she admitted that she began striking him over the head first while he was drunk.

Lee can be just as good as mcmike if put in the right situation

Randy has some issues it seems. If we are rebuilding his replacement should be looked for. This is twice (that we know of now) and it can hurt the team. It is worse than Ricky. We should rebuild with some character.

The problem he is important to this year and everyone has some deep hope it may be a good year. So we would all like to see it get swept under the carpet and hope it never happens again.

There is no easy answer if there is any hope for a good season in 2005.

D'oh!

Aw **** not again. Hopefully this will all blow over. Well ABC10 reported this 1/2 an hour ago. So lets see, we have a rapist, a roider, a pothead, and now apprently a wife beater who is a lush. This would make one hell of a reality show, if the team had a serial killer on board.......so lets sign OJ.

Interesting.

I bet alot of you that bashd those of us that stated he did abuse his wife the 1st time might start realizing that he actual is abusive lol!!!

This is sad, he has great talent but he complains too much and appearantly has an aggressive issue that will probably get him locked up one day.

Notice a trend here, he seems to be an alcoholic. All these things are happening when he has drank.

Alot of you bash Ricky for leaving the team, this scumbag is even worse if he is indeed beating his wife. I will not accuse him because I dunno for sure, but he is scum if it is true and should be cut from the team.

Trade him for a 1st or 2nd next year right now lol

I guess this answers my question. Despite his bonehead plays from last year, I too think that D. Lee will play good this year but I've thought that all year.

I'll withhold judgement until the details emerge...but I begin to regret my recent ordering of a custom #81 jersey...

The Miami Dolphins cut Quintin

What's the deal with these fin players? The dolphins cut Quintin Williams for a DUI and drag racing charges. Nick Saban was quoted as saying "This is not the kind of behavior we expect from our players."

Well, where does this fall in dolphins "behavior" book?

Is Saban justice blind to those who have more important roles on his team?

The price of his pending new contract just went way down.

Did McMichael end up with a bloody nose? No.

2 things were present in both incidents.. Alcohol and violence. Both times the female sustained more severe injuries.. This is a trend, my friend.. Are you disputing that he is indeed a wifebeater? Maybe his wife is a mild husbandbeater, but he is still a wifebeater..

One other thing.....

What in the hell is Randy doing driving a 1984 Cadillac????

I'm not 100% sure but I think i saw it one time .. it's rebuilt with custom interior .. chrome wheels .. a lot of speakers n stuff.

I lost a lot of respect for Mc Micheal, he has some serious issues he has to be taken care of. Once a wife beater, always a wife beater imo.

The incident is pretty cut and dry, a complainant called the police, the police arrived and determined it was a domestic incident based on the relationship, and in their investigation determined there was enough evidence showing Randy to be the primary aggressor, so they made the arrest. I believe it was a good arrest and Saban shouldn’t wait for an outcome from a trial before determining some type of punishment.

Meh, i'm still a big fan of McMichael the football player. It sucks that he is doing this off the field, and I sure hope he gets help for whatever problems he has. He obviously has anger issues.

I hope he takes care of his problem, and stays with the Dolphins. Some of you are already comparing him to Ricky, and then some of you are saying what Randy has done is much worse. Well yes, maybe off the field its worse. But as far as the Dolphins are concerned McMike can't hold a candle to what Ricky has done. He'd have to walk out on the team a week before training camp in order to be on par with Ricky.

Millions of Americans are mentally unstable. Some people just need psychiatric help. As long as he realizes that he has a problem, and doesn't ignore that problem, but gets the help he needs, its no big deal.

Some people are talking about kicking him to the curb after the season, that's so stupid. Yeah lets rid ourselves of a TE who has the potential to be one of the best in the NFL, good idea.
