This is why I am SO PISSED the ref's let NE off the hook against the Browns. I think B'more beats NE next week. That would have kicked the door WIDE open for Miami to win the divison and possible put NE HOME for the playoffs!!!!!

Because the Ravens and Cinci play each other the last game of the season, if we win out, the loser of that game is out and we are in......we control our own destiny and as the poster stated if we can't win out we don't deserve to make it.......The Pat win was huge.......

Basically, because of the Bengals loss, they now have to fight for their division....winner of Baltimore/Cincy in the last week is in the loser is at home watching the playoffs....

I want to remind everyone of the last game of the season in 1991.

In week 17...we played the Jets at home. Dan Marino was in his prime. We were in a win and you are in scenario...as was the Jets.

We lost at home in overtime 23-20.

I was at that game. It sucked!

#$%#ing squib kickoff with ~30sec left and us up 20-17 giving them fantastic field position.

Ravens and Bengals play each other so one of them has to lose. The Ravens win they are 10-6 the Bengals are 10-6 and the Ravens win the division because they swept the Bengals. If we win out and are 10-6 we have the tiebreaker over the Bengals. So they'd miss the playoffs. If the Bengals beat the Ravens they win the division and the Ravens finish with a 9-7 record at best. So again, we win out we're in.

Bottom line, we beat Buffalo and the Jets, we make the playoffs no matter what because we hold the tiebreakers over the other teams

Uh, didn't the Bills at home beat Baltimore? Bills have some talent. Forget earlier this year. It's done. Got to learn from that game and win this week.

Yes, but again the Bills loss is the one that is toughest to take for the following reasons......

1) Its the god damned Bills. How can people not be sick of losing to them?

2) The Ravens are a much better team than the Bills. The Bills at home was probably the easiest game on our AFC schedule.

3) We were coming off a bye week

4) They started THAD ****ING LEWIS in that game

5) The horrible turnovers that killed us in that game. It was a brutal loss. We couldve won that game much easier than the other close ones we lost to AFC teams.

That game was an absolute killer. Thats why I pointed it out then and why Ive been saying ALL SEASON since it happened that it would be the one that would come back to really haunt us.

People set their sights so low. I knew this was a season we could capture the 2 seed. It was right there for the taking. Who wouldnt be going ape**** right now if we were in prime position for that 2 seed? I knew Denver was the only dominant team in the conference this year. It was ours.

Oh well....... lets get in this **** and go on a run. We can do it. We have a good team. Tannehill is playing well lately and can get it done. I will be very proud of him if we win this week.
