I'd be all for drafting Herbert at #5 and letting him sit for a year behind Fitzpatrick.
Nor would I if they though Herbert was the guy. IMO if someone jumps Miami I can’t imagine they wait to start him considering none of the teams behind Miami have the amount of capital the Fins do and likely would have to give up future picks to jump into the top 3, thus hurting team development and needing him to succeed quickly. With Rivers leaving SD and Cam not seeming to have a future in Carolina there is not currently a vet to groom a young guy so they would seem to be as of now looking for a young guy to start day 1.
