Report: Dolphins players may have harassed team staffer

What IF this was addressed with the players? What IF this did happen and the team did nothing? What IF this guy made it up?

In other words, let the facts come out.

It all boils down to two things. Incognito is a complete A$$ and will never play another down for the Fins, and there are a bunch of Big P*****S out there. Simple as that!

Incognito has been a mental problem for a long time. Going clear back to his high school days. The guy is just a moronic pig who IS a bully.

For what your suggesting, its not that discriminatory behavior suddenly becomes legal when eyes and ears are turned in the other direction, its that people are performing in an illegal manner and its just not being reported. I don't give two cents about who said what, who did what. At this point it's all a bunch of stories at the end of the day. I am a Miami Dolphins fan and I need my starting guard back protecting my franchise qb real soon. Take care of this high school stuff after the season is over. Reinstate ricjhie and get him back on the field, we got some games to win.
 
Richie is not coming back to the Dolphins.

Can we stop pretending that Richie is going to ride in and save the day with slightly above average play at the left guard position and suddenly all of the allegations of all the incredibly stupid and boorish **** he's done will be washed away and forgotten about as he leads the team to another marginal offensive performance?

If you are on a trip you getting home is on your own dime because the company will pull your travel. Maybe if you are lucky after months of appeals, mediation, and most likely arbitration through the grievance process "IF" you have a very good record with the company you "MIGHT" get your job back after you agree to all sorts of HR training! Are there really that many Dolphin fans still supporting igcognito? And I'm talking serious people, not the ones trying to get a rise out of others. I personally think this story (though we don't know all the details) has been made out to be a bigger story by the media then it needed to be. But I do not support incognito and his behavior either.

Also, he's never going to play for this team again. I dont know why I see so many "he must go" rants. He's gone and even if somehow reinstated, will be cut.

I think a lot of people are sticking up for Richie simply because what's reported in the actual Martin/Incognito thing so far has been total nonsense and it's basically destroyed the 2013 Miami Dolphins season. So people are really, really upset with Jonathan "Scumbag" Martin and I honestly don't blame them. I feel the same way, except that I also think Richie is a grade A toolbox and I can't wait for his ass to be cut.

But I hope the team fights Jon Martin for every ****ing dollar and wins.

Martin is a snake.

He should have handled this within the context of the organization. Instead he is attempting and eventually destroy the lives of people and their families within this organization. I suppose he would consider it collateral damage.
