It is absolutely laughable that some members believe The Miami Dolphins a billion dollar cooperation do not have a employee handbook! I guarantee you that they do and I am sure by page 5 it tells the new hire harassing, threatening, inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and is a dismissible offense. Hayden is right, the fact that there has not been one bit of info worth quiting your job, reporting it to the media and risking your teammates jobs and public shame. Not one bit of what we DO KNOW deserved any of this.

Regardless of how he handle it before he quit, it still was not worth quiting your job, going to the media, risking your teammates job and public shame. Sorry that is like when you see a parent post on facebook about what their children did wrong. The investigator didn't spend 7-8 hours with Martin because this was a isolated incident. I have said all along this would open pandoras box and we will see what is really wrong with this franchise

I think we should all be on the lookout for analyses that are emotionally satisfying... be it blaming either guy entirely or blaming them both equally. A three viewpoints are simplistic, imo.

At this point Incognito/Martin really only seems to be the tip of a much larger and more involved iceberg. I think we're dealing with Martin (and a few people) versus a lot of people. That seems to be the way this is tracking. I sure find it hard to believe Martin told Ted Wells seven hours just of Incognito stories. In fact what seems to have come out of that is that he didn't just want to single out Incognito at all. That there was a larger culture, a larger standard of behavior, that he objected to.
